* Suichuu (Underwater) Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user stay underwater for some time. Difficulty Class o D Rank Difficulty Class - 20 minutes o C Rank Difficulty Class - 40 minutes o B Rank Difficulty Class - 80 minutes o A Rank Difficulty Class - 120 minutes o S Rank Difficulty Class - 180 minutes
Special: "Handseals" Drawback: After returning to surface the user must rest half of the time used underwater. As example, if the user has stayed under for 20 minutes, he’ll have to rest 10 minutes before the jutsu can be used again. Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles. Limit: Anyone can learn it, the techinque doesn’t even need a scroll, smart ninjas should be able to figure out the process on their own.
* Ochiru Ame no Jutsu (Falling Rain Technique) Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: User creates rainfall Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Nothing besides continous mana drain. Description: o "D" - User uses chakra to throw water either summoned through her Kuchiyose technique or water randomly lying around into the air and suspended there for a few turns, dependant on how much chakra User uses. o "C" - User uses chakra to throw water either summoned through her Kuchiyose techniques or water randomly lying around into the air and is suspended there for a few turns, dependant on how much chakra User uses. More water is able to be thrown into the air for less chakra and suspended into the air for less chakra. The use of the rat hand sign can cause the technique to repeat itself. o "B" - User uses chakra to throw water either summoned through her Kuchiyose techniques or water randomly lying around into the air and is suspended there for a few turns, dependant on how much chakra User uses. More water is able to be thrown into the air for less chakra and suspended into the air for less chakra. The use of the rat hand sign can cause the technique to repeat itself for less chakra. More water is able to be thrown into the air for less chakra and suspended into the air for less chakra. The use of the rat hand sign can cause the technique to repeat itself for less chakra. Repeated technique flies higher into the air and falls down slower once the water is unsuspended. At this point, User no longer needs to have a water source for this technique. Water will fall from the air and follow the same rules as the aforementioned levels of the technique. At this stage, water will fall continously from the sky until User cancels the technique. Next to no chakra is needed to continue the rain.

* Deido Nohara no Jutsu (Mud Field) Rank: D Skill:Ninjutsu Effect:Causes the area(10m x 10m) around the user, given that it is some sort of sand, dust, dirt, or weak stone, to become mud. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: It doesn’t work in certain environments, such as tile and metallic floors. Description:After the hand signs are performed, the user slams his/her hands into the ground. If the environment allows it, the area around the user will become a thick and heavy mud. No chakra is required to maintain the state of the area. Limit: Earth Release, Water Release
* Suiton: Chiisaimizubakahatsu (Tiny Water Explosion) Rank: “D” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a small wave of water that rushes towards an opponent. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: N/A Description: The user performs the handseals described in special. There, they release chakra into the water and send a small tidal wave (about five feet tall) towards the opponent. The water moves at a speed of about ten miles per hour, so a direct hit from the water can be painful, but not life-threatening. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Mizutsume no Jutsu (Water Style: Water Claw Technique) Rank: D Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes pressurized water to wrap around the users hand, forming a claw. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: None. Description: Creates a claw around the users hand which is pressurized and will allow te user to cut with their "bare" hands. Acts as if it were metal, as the water is both highly pressurized and infused with chakra. Lasts two posts, cannot form handseals whith the claw "on". Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu (Water Release). Must have a water source.
* Suiton: Dekishi (Water Style: Death by Drowning) Rank: D Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a single stream of water, around two inches thick, which moves forward at a slow rate, attempting to feed itself into the opponent's mouth, where it will fill their lungs in an attempt to drown the opponent. The attack is easily dodge or destroyed. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Moves extremely slow. Description: --- Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu (Water Release). Must have a water source.
* Suiton: Rikkido Haji no Jutsu (Water Style: Liquid Grip Technique) Rank: D Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes water to wrap around the users arms, then stetches forward as a string of water from each arm, two inches in diameter. The water will wrap around the opponent to hold them. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Also immobilizes the user, since the water must be kept wrapped around the target by the user. Description: --- Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu (Water Release). Must have a water source.
* Netou no Jutsu (Boiling Water Technique) Rank: D, C, B, A, S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Cause water to super heat, adding a burn damage to water techniques. -D: 100 Degrees/ 3 Gallons -C: 110 Degrees/ 5 Gallons -B: 120 Degrees/ 7 Gallons -A: 130 Degrees/ 9 Gallons -S: 140 Degrees/ 11 Gallons Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Ninja who have master Fire Release are almost immune. Can hurt user as well as opponent. Description: By sending chakra into a body of water the user is able to make a drastic change in water temperature, sening it to the point of boiling. The water at this point can cause first degree burns to third degree burns, depending. This technique allso can only effect a certain amount of water at a time. Limit: Must know the Fire and Water release.
* Pressure Jet Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: User shoots a stream of water towards the opponent. Special: Handseals Drawback: Easier to dodge at longer distances. Description: A simple jutsu utilizing the water release. User performs the hand seals Snake, Dragon then transfers charka to their throat, creating a steady stream of pressured water from their mouths, that then hits the opponent for D rank damage. The jet stream has a maximum range of 10 meters and travels in a straight line. Speed is equivalent to throwing a kunai. Limit: Water Release.
* Suiton:Sokkenai Kobushi (Battering Ram) Rank: D,C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes pressurized water to wrap around the users hand, forming a Large cylinder from the elbow extending outward two feet. Special: 'Hand seals' Drawback: Need a water source, can't perform hand seals with the jutsu in use. Kind of bulky and may make some movements difficult. Both Ranks Use up a D rank amount of chakra per turn Description: Creates a Cylinder around the users forearm starting at the elbow extending out wards two feet past the hand which is pressurized and will allow the user to do blunt damage with their arm. The cylinder is one foot in diameter. Acts as if it were metal, as the water is both highly pressurized and infused with chakra. This Jutsu is often used for breaking down doors and occasionally for defending against attacks as the cylinder can be used as a type of shield. Lasts three posts, cannot form handseals with the Jutsu active. The jutsu can be ended at any time by the user. At D Rank the length of the ram is one foot, Two for a C rank. The D rank Form of this Jutsu Can Shield A single D rank Amount of Damage, C rank Shields Two D rank Amounts Limit: Suiton Release, Need a water source, must know Mizutsume no Jutsu.

C-Ranked Techniques
* Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mist Clone Skill) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Allows a user to create clones out of Mist. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: ---- Description: A technique which creates clones with the properties of mist. Although the clones are unable to inflict damage on an opponent, any physical attacks attempted on them pass right through. Depending on the user's class level is dependent on how well and how much the user is capable of performing at one given time. If the user is "D" Class they are capable of performing four Clones at once. If the user is "C" Class they are capable of performing eight clones at once. If the user is "B" Class they are capable of performing sixteen clones at once. If the user is "A" Class they are capable of performing thirty two clones at once. If the user is "S" Class they are capable of performing sixty four clones at once. If the user is to be considered a non NinJutsu specialist the number is reduced by two for every class level that the user becomes, and if the user is a NinJutsu Master the number increases by two for every class level they become. Limit: Water Release
* Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Skill) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A Skill where a user uses the water around them to create a massive mist to fill around the user. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: A skill which creates a very dense fog that descreases the surrounding visibility to near zero. It produces an environment perfect for a silent assassin who follows an opponent through sound. This mist can not be blown away by any type of Wind Jutsu. Limit: Water Release
* Mizu no Muchi (Whip of Water) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user creates a water whip with the water around the user. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: A technique that utilizes water in order to create a whip out of it, acting like a normal whip doing anything a whip can do. There is no other true information for this technique other then the fact that it creates a whip. This technique is a basis for a few techniques as well. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A technique in which a user creates a form of black clouds that may be used in conjunction with a Fire type of technique do to the flamible components. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil. Limit: Water Release
* Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: --- Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton – Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A Technique that may be used in order to trap an opponent by creating a prison made of water. The water is used so that the opponent may drown within the water if the opponent does not know how to escape forth. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bushin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Limit: Water Release
* Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: If an opponent is standing above a lake or a large form amount of water the user is capable of creating a small vortex within the water so then the opponent is capable of falling through. Special: Handseals Drawback: --- Description: After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Limit: Water Release, must have a lake, or a grand water source, more so then a normal water technique.
* Suiton - Teppodama Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Allows a user to shoot a ball of water out of their mouth. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: The Teppodama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does some hand seals which then causes a a big ball of water to come from the users mouth and then hit their target. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Mahou Mizu Misairu Renda no Jutsu (Water Release: Magic Water Missile Barrage Technique) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: --- Special: "Handseals" Description: User focuses her chakra into tiny bits of water, condensing them to form nearly-solid balls while still retaining their liquid properties. The balls levitate in the air, much like in the system invovled with her Ochiru Ame no Jutsu. The balls will then fly at the opponent, and depending on the amount of chakra used to throw them, the "Missiles" can easily dent thick metal armor or to knock down wooden doors on metal hinges. When a "missile" strikes an oponent, the chakra holding the water together will release into the atmosphere, causing the water to loose its ball-like shape and revert back into flowing water. Only 10 missiles can be created at a time, but when one is used, another can be instantly recreated for an additional cost in chakra. Limit: Must have Water Release
* Suiton: Itomizu no Jutsu (String Water Technique) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to create a more focused version of the Ochiru Ame Technique. Instead of grabbing large amounts of the water, the user is capable of picking up and holding up several small strings of water within the air Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The more strings of water the user holds within the air, the more taxing and difficult it is to hold the strings within the air. If the amount of water strings created ever exceeds the amount the user is capable of holding, then all the water strings will fall and fail. When the user first learns this technique, they will be able to only hold up to twenty water strings. "C" rank training may be performed once the technique is learned to increase the number of strings the user may hold by five. After each successful training, the amount of points necessary to earn the next five strings increases by one. There is no limit to the amount of strings a user can learn to hold. Description: Like the Ochiru Ame no Jutsu, this technique specifializes in having the ability to grab ahold of water, move it around, shape it, and hold it within the air for long periods of time. The Ochiru Ame technique, however, is only capable of grabbing large amounts of at once. More finesse and concentration is required to be able to hold up several small strands at once, let alone allow them to move about as the user finds necessary. In order to grab a water string, the user forms wide arcs with their arms, their palms extended, sending enough chakra into the water to lift out one individual string of chakra-laced water. Once the arc is completed with the hand, the string of water will levitate in the air about three feet from the original surface of the water. In order to be moved, the user must again make arcs with their hands, moving the chakra within the water to the location that the user wants it. Limit: Must have Water Release, Must know Ochiru Ame no Jutsu, Rank C
* Suiton: Hishou Ame Hari ( Water release: Soaring Rain Needles) Rank:"C" "B" "A" Rank Skill:Ninjutsu Effect: Manipulates water present to form a sphere that hovers in the air. Chakra is then gathered into the sphere and released. When released chakra infused "needles" of water shoot out of the sphere randomly in all directions. Needles disappear into water three seconds after impact.. Continues until all water in the sphere is used , then the technique is ended. o C-Rank: A small sphere about the size of a soccer ball , Needles are not as hard and sharp as Kunai's. Radius of Needles from Sphere is ten meters. o B-Rank: A Medium sphere about the size of large basketball , Needles as sharp as Kunai and as hard as Kunai. Radius of Needles from sphere is twenty meters. o A-Rank: Multiple Medium-Large spheres about the size of a medium size exercise ball. Needles sharper and harder than Kunai being able to puncture 5mm of tempered steel. Radius of Needles from Sphere is twenty five meters. + A-Rank Notes :Can summon anywhere from 1-7 Spheres Dependant on Chakra. Radius is from each individual sphere that can be summoned from water up to forty meters away. Needles will also disappear a minute after impact. Due to increased abilities for A-rank chakra usage is substantially more than B-Rank.
Special :"Hand seals" (User will hold tiger seal and when released the Spheres will release the needles. Drawback :Due to the randomness of the flying needles the user might also incur injury from being struck. The immense chakra used in the A-Rank version. Requires concise chakra control and concentration thus the user cannot effectively dodge attacks while using the Jutsu. Also must have water either naturally or through another Jutsu Description: The user performs the necessary hand seals and holds the tiger seal. The sphere(s) are then formed from an appropriate water source. The sphere hovers in the air above the water source it was created from while the user infuses it with Chakra. Once it is infused the user will release the tiger seal, the spheres will start rotating and needles of water hardened with chakra will shoot out randomly. ( think Sorceresses Ice sphere from Diablo II ) The needles will keep shooting until all the water is gone from the sphere , once all the water is gone the Jutsu is ended. Limit: Must have Suiton Release; must know Mizu Kunai No Jutsu; Exclusive to Ame no Sato
* Haioku Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary. Effect: Coats the opponent in a viscous, very adhesive, highly flammable oil. Special: Handseals Drawback: Must be ten meters away from the opponent (at most). Two turns must pass before the technique can be utilized again. Fades away after six turns of not being burned. Description: Chakra converged into the user's gullet converts into a highly viscous, flammable oil that is spewed, linearly, onto the opponent. Submerging oneself in water will not wash this sticky oil off. Adds to the effects of katon-based techniques as it burns until it has been completely burned away (3 turns, user and opponent). Limit: Must Have Water Release.
* Suiton: Mizu Kunai no Jutsu (Water Kunai) Rank: “C” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates Kunai, Shiruken, or Senbon out of water. Special: "Handseals" Description: The user creates Kunai, Shiruken, or Senbon out of water. The user can create a total of five kunai, fifteen shiruken, or twenty five senbon at once with the jutsu. After striking a solid object, they lose their shape about three seconds later, Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Hebi-mizu (Heavy Water) no Jutsu Rank: “C” Type: Genjutsu Effect: Forces the opponent to believe that the water weighs far more than it does. Special: "Handseals" Description: The user performs this technique on an opponent. From that point on, the opponent believes that any water that touches them is extremely heavy- to the point that it greatly reduces enemy speed and strength. If enough water is thrown onto the opponent, like the opponent is thrown under a large amount of water, the opponent’s mind will consider it just like any other heavy object that a person is “drowned” in. (how would you feel if a ton of anvils suddenly fell on top of your head?) Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Mizu Hyoushi no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Binding Technique) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Creates a much smaller version of the Suiro no Jutsu, which specifically targets the opponent’s hands. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user must the Snake seal for the duration of the technique, preventing them from using other nin or Genjutsu. If the user breaks the hand seal, then the effect wears off instantly. Must have a water source. Requires the user to keep eyesight of the opponent. Description: The user performs the handseals, ending and holding the sequence with the Snake seal. Water rushes from the source towards the opponents hands. A small ball of water forms around each hand, with a diameter of about six inches. The water is of the same property as Suiro no Jutsu, preventing movement within it. Also, because of the Hand Seal requirement, the jutsu cannot be performed by Mizu Bunshins, like the regular Suiro no Jutsu can. If at any point the opponent moves out of eyesight from the user, this technique is broken. A variation of this technique may be used at will, targeting the opponent’s legs, preventing them from moving. Limit: Water Release, Suiro no Jutsu
* Suiton: Jougen (Water Style: Crescent Moon) Rank: C Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes water to rise and split, forming two small, crecent-moon shapes. They are infused iwth chakra and can slice, and, with the user's command, by their hands, may move around and attempt to attack. They last two posts, and act like a normal sword, being they can block metal and such. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user cannot perform other jutsu as their hands are occupied. They will collapse after two posts. Description: --- Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu (Water Release). Must have a water source.
* Suiton: Rikkido no Tori (Water Style: Liquid Bird) Rank: C Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a large bird, larger than the user, of water. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The bird cannot do damage. Description: Creates a bird of water. The water acts as normal water, save for it being in the shape of a bird. It has chakra around its wings, enabling it to fly. If it were to give or take a hit, the water would act as normal water, and go to the area of lesser pressure, around the hit. The user can send chakra to whichever body part touches the bird, and use it to ride and fly. Must mantain teh handseal for the technque. Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu (Water Release). Must know Fuuton no Jutsu (Wind Release). Must have a water source.
* Kokuun Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: C Special: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates up to three clones out of the oily substance created by the use of Kokuun no Jutsu. they are highly flamable and wil ignite into a burst of fire with just a spark basically. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: Kokuun Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes oil to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Kokuun Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Kokuun Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural oily state. The Kokuun clone is also HIGHLY flammable and will ignite into a large burst of fire with barely a spark. When used in conjunction with a Kanton technique, the results can be devastating. Limit: Water Release, Must know Kokuun no Jutsu and must have used it immediately before this
* Suiton - Suijou Choudanoretsu (Water Style - Striking Water Viper) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates a long snake made from water to attack a single targer. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user must be within 20 meters of a large body of water. Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user will levitate a beach ball sized sphere of water into the air. With the "Serpent" seal being held the sphere will draw upon its source of water to lash out with a long, sinuous viper up to 15 meters long and 20 centimeters thick. The snake will bite at and attempt to swallow the victim and drown them in its innards. Limit: Water Release, Requires a significant water source
* Suiton - Haretsu Mizu-mari (Water Style - Exploding Water Ball) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates a ball of water that explodes into cutting shards. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: If detonated too soon the shrapnel could harm the user. Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user will draw up to three fist sized balls of water into the air. Once formed the user will use his/her will to move the orbs towards a target or group of targets and use his/her chakra to detonate them. When they explode they will send out shards and shrapnel of chakra-hardened water in all directions. Limit: Water Release, Requires a water source
* Water Weapon Crafting Rank: C-Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to make weapons out of water. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Continuous chakra drain, weapons dissapate after hitting something for 3 seconds, can only make up to thirty small weapons (kunai, senbon, ect.), and only ten big weapons (windmill shuriken, swords, ect.) Description: The user makes handsigns, then a water pillar rises up. Using their chakra, they can make weapons out of the pillar and throw them out of the pillar, but they must craft the weapons in the pillar Limit: water release, needs a water supply, rain village ninja can learn/only can learn from rain nin, must know Mizu Kunai no Jutsu
* Hayai Mizudoriru no Jutsu (Speedy Water Drill Technique) Rank: "C", "B", "A" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: User makes a water drill around a long object and propels it forward Special: "Handseals" Drawback: After use, hand will be immobile for 1 post, Description: User makes handseals, and then moves water around long object. The water around the object spins quickly to make a drill. The user sends a burst of chakra forward to increase it's speed. The water drill is then thrust forward as to tear something apart. C rank is weak, but uses up little chakra. It can't kill. B Rank is stronger than C Rank and can do major damage if it hits vital areas. Is also slow and not hard to dodge. A Rank is fast and powerful, it will rip limbs off. Uses up incredible amounts of chakra. Limit: Suiton Release, water supply,
* Joukishin (Steam Core) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Makes things that are made by liquid explode in 5-20 seconds, the less chakra used the longer it takes, the more chakra used the shorter it takes. Special: "Handseals" Touch Drawback: Need to touch. Description: The user gathers chakra on to their hands or just about any body part. After that, anything that is made from any sort of liquid, (Water, Oil, Ink, etc) that is touched by the user will from a steam core somewhere. It can be large or small, depending on said things size, like if it is a water clone it will be the size of a heart or something. The Steam core will blow up in 5-10 seconds if used a lot of chakra, and 10-20 seconds if used less chakra. The signs of this steam core are pretty much nothing. The explosion will equal a explosive tag or more, yet again on chakra. The quicker the stronger. This effect needs heat and the ability of liquid transfer. The Jutsu needs a tiny amount of chakra from very small objects from the size of a gold ball or lower, a chakra amounting to D-rank just for anything the size of a puppy or smaller, it takes the chakra of a C-rank Jutsu for anything the size of a human or smaller, and B rank for anything bigger, A ranked amount of chakra if it it like... the size of two of kakashi's water dragons or something. It was a long lost Jutsu hidden in older sections of libaries, mostly in the Fire and Water country. The chakra use is strong and requires mastery of chakra and ninjutsu. * Fisshu Fin no Jutsu (Fish Fin Technique) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Gives the user chakra fins, allowing them to swim faster. When used with Suichuu technique, gives one whole ‘free’ hour to spend underwater without Suichuu’s drawback, the need to rest after the technique. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: If the user wears shoes or gloves while using this technique, the jutsu will rip them apart. Description: The user molds their chakra with the water surrounding their body to form the fins: Starting from between the user’s fingers and toes, a see-through film starts to grow, extending soon to a fan like shape around their fingers and toes. The film can be hardened for use, or used in a state where it gives in to touch, allowing the user to form hand seals normally. Limit: Water Release
* Kappa Yuge (Kappa Steam) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu, Range 0-10 meters Effect: The user exhales a cloud of steam at their opponent, hot enought to cause second stage burns to the victim if they’re in five meter range of the user or have to stand the steam longer than three seconds, or in other cases, first stage burns. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user can’t move from their spot when they use this technique, only turn around and guide the steam burst up and down. Description: Done in a style smiliar to Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu: The user moves one hand close to their mouth and inhales, gathering air to their lungs, and then exhales sharply: Mixing the air with the chakra of their hand, Katon and Suiton no Jutsu are used to change the air to a burning hot steam burst, which can reach to ten meters from the user before the steam isn’t hot enough to cause damage. The burst is about three meters wide at the maxium, it’s force enough to send the opponent flying backwards, about five meters back from the head of the burst, which is ten meters away from the user; The closer the opponent gets when this technique is used, the harder they’ll be blown away. The user can blow steam for ten seconds at the maxium. Limit: Fire & Water Release
* Suiton: Mizuame Nabara,(Water Release: Syrup Capture Field) Rank: C - B rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of extremely sticky oily syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: If used too much, the user can become very dehydrated and needs to drink water to wash away the syrup out of their system. Cannot be used more than 5 times in a battle. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but needs to do so before being caught. Description: The user performs the necessary hand seals and with just a few seconds of preparation, the user spits out a stream of sticky syrup out of their mouth and aims it at the opponents direction of the field. The C rank technique had the ability to spit a mid level stream of syrup towards the opponent or the opponents area causing them to stick where they are for 2 attacks. The B rank technique has the ability to spit out a very rapid hit to the opponent causing them and the area they step on for three attacks. The damage dealt to the opponent by the B-rank attack is like being hit with a Water Dragon Blast Technique. The oil is extremely flammable so stay caution of it's sensitivity to fire. Limit: Water Release, experiences on performing technique that exit the mouth.
* Suiton: Mizu Tankan(Water Converter) Rank: C Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Converts the substance of water into oil. Can be done vice-versa. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: You focus too little or just not enough chakra into the technique, you will end with the result of nothing happening, just loss of chakra from the user, but if you focus too much, you might heat up the water causing it to evaporate it in time being depending how much chakra you put into the technique. Description: The user performs the necessary seals to execute this technique and reaches out the right or left arm and the other remaining arm holding the arm that’s reaching to the water’s shoulder. The user then focuses chakra to palm of the hand and sends out a small slowly spiralling ray of chakra towards the water and focuses on the water to change it’s substance. The user needs to insert an exact amount of chakra into the water for it to change the waters substances into oil, if not the drawback of the technique will occur. Having a source of oil nearby is an advantage with this technique. Limit: Earth and Water Releases, Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds), more than one Oil technique including Kokuun no Jutsu as one.
* Abura: Bakuhatsu (Oil Substance Explosion) Rank: C, B, A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a baseball sized semi hardened orb of Oil made from minerals and water in the body infused with chakra. The orb explodes on impact. The C ranked has a 3 foot radius and a 3 second delay, B ranked has a 6 foot radius and a 2 second delay, while the A ranked has a 12 foot radius and a 1 second delay. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: if accidentally dropped or if it hits a surface in its explosion range jutsu can backfire on the opponent. Description: Holding one hand out the user performs a few handseals as a glob of oil substance begins to form in the user’s hand after the glob is thrown it detonates and explodes on impact. Limit: Water Release, Fire Release, must know Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds)
* Suiton no Tate (Shield of Water) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The Suiton no Tate acts in a manner similar to the Suna no Tate. By using water and combining it with the users chakra, they can allow it to move around the body to deflect small incoming projectiles or even use it for techniques. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The shield can not really block taijutsu attacks, constantly absorbs a very very small amount of chakra. Description: Small currents of water flow around the body of the user, capable of deflecting small jutsu or even extinguishing C-rank or lower katon techniques . This jutsu activates automatically unless the user himself chooses to "disable" the ability in a situation. Does not acquire the awareness of the user to defend (can block strikes that the user can't see, like the sand shield has been known to do). Limit: Water Release
* Atsui Jouki (Steaming Heat) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes extreme burns and boils on an opponent. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Can cause the same affect to other allies or the user if not careful. Description: The user focuses on water being heated into a mist. If Kirigakure no jutsu is already in effect, then they only need to heat up molecules within the mist. Once the water has evaporated it remains at a constant high temprature. It has a diffrent effect from evaporation it sinks into the ground as it is heated. The user will focus on one spot near the enemy and send hot steam shooting from under the earth at the target. Limit: Water Release and Fire Release. Must be a ninja of the mist to learn.
* Mizu Kyanon {Water release : Water Cannon} Rank: “C” Skill: Ninjutsu Offensive Effect: A spout of water will release from the water and direct its path towards the enemy. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Hand seals and must have a water source. The spout of water will only shoot in a straight line from where it has been performed from. Description: The user forms hand seals in the correct order “Tiger, Ox, Dog, Rabbit” and as the last hand seal is performed the user will say “Mizu kyanon” A large spout of water will shoot out from then users location and direct towards it target. Limit: Water Release
* Water Style: Mythical Leviathan Waterball Jutsu Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: User spits out five small water balls from thier mouth at the target Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Can be dodged, must spit each water ball in successtion Description: User does said handseals and forms chakra within thier mouth. The user then spits out a small water ball that will break on contact with anything. The ball does not explode, it simply bursts, causing C rank force damage rather then anything else upon contact. The user, continues to spit out four more small waterballs, creating five in total in the end. The user must spit out each one individually, rather then all at once. Limit: Water Release, Teppodama
* Suition: Ichuu Deido Nohara (Moving Mud Field) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes anything within the mud to quickly be sucked down. Escapeable but with a mild ongoing strain on pesons' body. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Must keep final handseal intact. Anything within the mud field would be sucked down. Description: Once, Deido Nohara no Jutsu, is active the user does the required handseals then the mud will slowly begin to move underneth looking as if its still from above. Anything caught in the mud field will be quickly sucked into the depth of the mud, causing suffication or drownage. Limit: Water release, Eath release, must know Deido Nohara no Jutsu.
* Suition: Baburu Kokyuu (Bubble Breath) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates hundreads of bubbles for a limited time when the user breathes, with small amounts of chakra within. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Blocks the users sight, eventually. Description: Once the jutsu is used, the user breathes steadily and bubbles come out. The jutsu may only last up to 12 seconds (2 posts) if the user keeps the rabbit handseal.The bubbles multiply in numbers creating a field of bubbles, opening time for another jutsu or to escape. Also in each bubble a small amount of chakra is stored to be used in conjunction with other techniques. Limit: Water release.
* Suition: Bakuretsu Nohara Baburu (Exploding Field of Bubbles) Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes nearby bubbles to suddenly pop, but with chakra stored within the bubbles they contain the force of a 1ft. push. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: If near any bubbles will harm the user too. Description: If, Suition: Baburu Kokyuu, was used the bubbles will pop/explode using the small amount of chakra in them to create a small push-like force upon anyone in melee range with them. Destroying the bubbles, it leaves the field now clear and prepared for a fight. Limit: Water release.
* Amimono Mizu Nottori no Jutsu ( Web Water Capture Technique ) Rank: C | B Ranks. Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive, Defensive. Effect: Shoots chakra filled water from specific water source that uses web like properties. Special: Handseals. Drawback: C rank version of the technique can be dodged easily at longer ranges. Also constantly drains small amounts of chakra the longer they keep holding the jutsu. If an opponent/enemy uses lighting jutsu an electric shock can be sent through the web like water and electrocute the user. User cannot move a muscle while holding. Only has the amount of water equal to the shield of water when used. Description: The user performs the three hand seals Snake, Dragon, Rooster, and extends their arms straight outwards. Utilizing the Suiton no Tate (Shield of Water) technique, water is shot out towards an opponent that's fused with chakra. The chakra allows it to thicken like an oily substance and become sticky as a spider's web. It is then used to reduce an opponents movements/speed and keep them from performing any more jutsus while held as long as the water has captured a limb or engulfed the torso. This means that it prevents them from performing hand seals and does Not disrupt chakra systems. Can also save a teammate, or it can be used defensively in a manner of catching secondary weapons in mid air. Though when chakra has been cut off it will disperse back into water. The C rank version of this jutsu can reach a max length of 10 meters. As for the B rank version of this technique its range is increased by 5 meters once learned, and increases in speed by half. Speed of the Technique is equivalent to throwing a kunai. Limit: Water Release and Suiton no Tate (Shield of Water).
* Suiton: Shakou Naiou no Jutsu (暗くされた深さ, Water Release: Darkened Depths Technique) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to discolor water around them in order to make it difficult to see into. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The darkened water can hamper the vision of the user, as well. Description: A technique utilizing the Suiton element meant to be used by Suiton users. Once performed, the user will channel chakra towards a desired water source, manipulating it so that its color darkens and becomes difficult, almost impossible, to peer through, making the water appear in color as if the time were midnight in the realm around it. This allows objects within its' depths to remain hidden from those who might peer into it unless they have techniques which would allow them to pierce such darkness. The technique is capable of effecting up to ten meters radius, although the range increases by five meters radius for every rank of Difficulty Class the user obtains above D Class. The effect lasts for up to three turns, plus one turn for every rank of Difficulty Class that the user obtains above D Class. Limit: Must have the Water Release.
* Kishinryuu Teppodama Rank: C (40 TP) Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The dragon shoots a large ball of compressed water from the mouth. Special: Handseals Drawback: Must have Suiton - Suiryuudan no Jutsu activated Description: Standing on the dragon, formed by the Suiton - Suiryuudan no Jutsu technique, the user will form the dragon handseal, causing the Dragon to open his mouth and from there it will shoot a large ball of compressed water, that is roughly a meter and a half in diameter. The ball of water can travel up to fifty meters, but after twenty five meters it will lose most of it's strength. The water can come from three sources, the dragon itself, a body of water that's in contact with the dragon or a water creation technique from the user. Limit: Must know Teppodama, must know Suiton - Suiryuudan no Jutsu
* Reiki Mizu (Aura of Water) Rank: C, B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Utilizing a water source, one emits a large area with extremely high humidity; almost mist. Lowers the power of katon jutsus used within the area. Special: Handseals Drawback: A water source must be used, because one is adding water to the air around them. Effects all katon jutsu including ones own and their teammates. Only last five rounds before it must be reapplied. A fuuton attack just one rank higher can blow the Reiki Mizu completely away. Description: Using a near by water source, one evaporates the liquid into a clear mist. This mist leaks into the surrounding air creating an area with extremely high moisture levels. If one would walk through it on a hot summer day, it would feel pleasant and refreshing. The point of the jutsu however is to protect one from katon based attacks. Any Katon based techniques created in or sent into the Reiki Mizu will automatically be lowered a rank. If one continues to learn the B rank version, katon attacks will be lowered two ranks. This is the limit of the jutsu however. Any more water in the surrounding air would be to difficult to handle, becoming too heavy and falling to the ground. The size of area in which the Reiki Mizu spans depends on the ninja's rank. At D rank it covers a 20 meter radius around the source of water. Every rank it increases by ten. S rank maxing at a 60 meter radius. Limit: Suiton Release.

B-Ranked Techniques
* Suiton: Mahou Mizu Masairu Bakuhatsu (Water Release: Magic Water Missile Explosion) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive. Effect: An advanced form of the Mahou Mizu Misairu Renda, this technique creates more 'magic water missiles' and causes them to release a powerful concussive force upon impact. Special: "Hand Seals" Drawback: Only twenty five missiles are created at once. Can be dodged. Description: An advancement of the Suiton technique, "Magic Water Missile Barrage", this ability allows the user the ability to create fifteen additional balls, highly condensed and saturated with the user's chakra. Once created, these balls utilize the power of Ochiru Ame no Jutsu to stay within the air. The user is capable of directing these balls with his or her hands. These balls, then, when launched, are shot forward at speeds that reach about three meters per second, making them difficult to dodge, especially if the user attacks with a lot of them. Upon impact, the 'missiles' will release their stored chakra, creating a powerful spraying force that is capable of ripping through steel in the area of the 'explosion', which is about one inch in diameter. Limit: Must know Mahou Mizu Misairu Renda.
* Kaiten (Rotation) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Allows the spikes from the Juugo Kasui Are Kara Joukai Ame to rotation incredibly quickly, giving them drilling potential. Special: Must be activated before sending a spike down. Drawback: Drains a "C" Rank amount of chakra per pillar per turn that each pillar rotates. Description: A supplementary technique that is utilized right before the user sends down the pillars from Juugo Kasui Are Kara Joukai. By giving each pillar a little extra chakra, the pillars begin to spin rapidly, turning them from a simple spike into a drill, dramatically intensifying its' destructive power. The spinning drill, then, descends from the sky at the same speed, and strikes the target, drilling into it multiple times. The damage from the spike increases by one rank, to that of "A" Rank, as the drill works its way deep into whatever it strikes. The spinning also causes a delay on the impact explosion, allowing the drill an additional second to work its way through material. After that, the rapid spinning of the water when it is detonated causes the area of effect to double, causing an additional "C" Rank amount of damage to everything within six meters of the drill's location of impact. Limit: Must know Juugo Kasui Are Kara Joukai.
* Suiton: Ryuuki Bakufuu no Jutsu (Water Release: Rising Blast Technique) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive. Effect: Creates a ten-meter long, two dimensional diamond of water along the ground that, upon the user's command, rapidly collides inwards Special: "Hand Seals", hold Ram. Drawback: Must have a water source. The opponent is capable of escaping by either going high enough to dodge the attack or moving out of the diamond. Description: Ryuuki Bakufuu, or the Rising Blast Technique, is a powerful technique meant to crush opponents in order to deliver great amounts of damage. By utilizing this technique, the shinobi creates a diamond among the ground, ten meters in distance from all opposing points, with the goal to capture the opponent within the diamond. If this is accomplished, the user's chakra causes the water around the user to surge through the diamond, creating a small wave of water from all directions within the diamond, which grow exponentially larger as the wave comes closer to the center. The wave begins at height with the ground, but at the point of collision, the resulting waves are ten meters tall. Anyone caught within the current will be pulled along with it to the center, where they will suffer from a fierce collision impact of all the water striking each other with great force. It takes about one second for the diamond to form, and takes five seconds for the water to finish its' collision in the center. The amount of time it takes for the collision to occur decreases by one second for every Difficulty Class above "D" Rank that the user achieves. Limit: Must have the Water Release.
* Suiton, Ja no Kuchi (Water Element: Mouth of the Serpant) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a large serpent of water that attempts to swallow the target and sweep them away. Special: Monkey, Horse, Dragon, Hold Snake. Drawback: --- Description: This jutsu allows the user to summon a large amount of water from the ground or air within 5 meters of them. The water then transforms itself into the shape of a snake and crashes down on their enemy, literally swallowing them. After it has swallowed them it turns into a river that carries their enemy away. As long as the user holds the snake seal, they are able to control the snake as well as the flow of the stream of water once the snake has collapsed. Limit: Water Release. Must have 500 points in Water Release.
* Suiton: Haran Banshou (Water Element: Stormy Blockade) Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: A Blockade of water that rushes swarming against all opponents within a vast area. Special: Ox, Boar, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Boar, Tiger, Rat, Tiger Drawback: Description: After the formation of handseals, the user calls for a torrent of water to fall from the sky behind them and will rush towards the opponent in an attempt to sweep them away. As long as the user holds the tiger seal and remains stationary, the water flow will continue for an additional C rank worth of chakra each turn. Because the water is called by the users chakra, the water will part around their body; keeping them safe from their own attack. Limit: Water Release; 500 points in Water Release
* Suiton – Baku Suishouha (Water Collision Waves) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A technique that allows the user to form or create a mass amount of water, or use a mass amount of water in a wave like form. Special: Handseals Drawback: --- Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, water is expelled from the gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water that can be controlled and ridden like a wave.The user must be above the water in a wave like formation so then the user has the capability of riding the wave. The amount of water is not grand to where it can take out a village, but the amount of water is indeed capable of blocking off a approximatly four houses. Limit: Water Release
* Mizu No Tatsumaki (Tornado of Water) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a spiraling vortex upwards to be used as a defensive like move or an offensive like move. Special: Handseals Drawback: --- Description: A technique where water is is made into a large spiraling vortex that spins around the ninja. This technique can ber used both offensively and defensively. Offensively to attack the opponent,and defensively to deflect attacks. This is in conjunction with the Great Exploding Current in which the water sprouts out in a vortex like form. Limit: Water Release, must know the Great Exploding Current Technique.
* Suikoudan no Jutsu - Water Shark Projectile Technique Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a shark of condensed water that leaps from its water source and quickly rushes to its target where it explodes on contact. Special: “Handseals” Drawback: Requires a water source. Description: After forming handseals, the user forms a shark from water near them which will leap from the body of water. The projectile will quickly lock onto its target and fly towards it, exploding on contact with enough force to severely damage an unarmored opponent. The shark will move as fast as a taijutsu master of the same rank as the user. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton – Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a wall of Water in order to act as a barrier for the users. Special: Handseals Drawback: --- Description: Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack. This water can also be directed at an opponent with a simple movement of the user’s hands. This is the type of technique where it is capable of blocking different types of techniques. If the technique is not the opposite of Water it is capable of deflecting or blocking against techniques that are within the ranks of B or lower. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton - Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a massive sized like Dragon to attack the opponent when used upon. Special: Handseals Drawback: --- Description: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton Seibun Houfutsu (Water Cannon Replica) Rank: "B" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: --- Special: Handseals Drawback: Must have knowledge of water source around the area. Must have a way to where the user is capable of sensing water around the user. The soil must be fresh, and trees must exist forth. Description: Water seaps out of the ground and engolfs them with a round ball of water. Which causes them to drown slowly due to the fact that the opponent is stuck within the water. This Jutsu can not be destroyed from inside out, nor outside in unless you split out the particals of the water in one fell swoop of motion. Example: Chouji Slamming into the water by using his massive weight. The water is capable of floating in the air, and the User does not need to be in contact with the Ball at any time which is needed for the sister technique known as the Water Prison Technique. Limits: Must know the Water Prison Technique, and Water must be in the area. Limit: Water Release
* Octopus whip jutsu Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user using the eight whips will be able to intercept enemy projectiles and return said projectiles. The user will also be able to incapacitate the target with the whips like spider man with his webs Special: Handseals Drawback: This is unable to defend against jutsus and exploding weaponry. Description: Summoning eight whips of water, the user will be able to defend against projectiles and able to fight back against an opponent who has good evasion skills Limit:Must know the water whip jutsu. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Itomizu Suijinheki (String Water Water Wall) Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user uses the Itomizu no Jutsu to move strings of water around the body as necessary, generally in tight-knight, criss-cross patterns, to prevent damaging techniques and weapons from reaching the user. Once in place, the waterwall will not fall until the user dispels it, due to the fact that it is created within the Itomizu technique. It is impossible to cover every place with this wall, due to the fact that it is made out of strings of water. However, it is possible to move the strings about rapidly to cause a much smaller chance of penetratration. (For those who have seen the fillers, think of Hinata's version of the Kaiten, the Ryonkushou [or however it's spelled].) Special: Handseals Drawback: It is impossible to make a wall that completly covers yourself. For that, you need Suijinheki. This technique is made to block several small attacks without having to use large amounts of chakra. It will be found very difficult to block more powerful techniques with this one. * Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri: (Water Element: Water God Slicer) Rank: "B" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A striking technique in which the user is capable of shooting off in a thin, high stream in which is capable of cutting through stone, and wood. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: The user performs the handseals needed as they use their water creation technique formulating water droplets against the user's legs. Doing so the user slams their feet down into the ground and pushes the Water Creation quickly forward into the distance against the ground towards the opponent. This technique shoots off a jet stream. This technique refines and compresses the water to the point in which cuts through stone and wood. This technique the user is capable of controlling within the distance of fifty meters straight forward. When the user learns this technique they are capable of controlling the path of the water as long as it is a straight line. This means that the user is capable of kicking forward, up into the air capable of sending the cutting water into the air to slash against opponents who wish to attack aerially. The user is capable of using the cutting water as a source of transportation as well, capable of gliding along the ground as the water cuts straight forward propelling the user along the ground making it seem as if they are skating on the ground. Limit: Must have Water Release, Must have gained Five Hundred Training Points within the Water Release.
* Ninpou Mizu Kawarimi (Ninja Art, Water Replacement Technique) Rank: "B" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user when hit uses a representation of the Replacement Technique but instead replacing themself with an object around them they turn into water as they are struck by the attack. Special: Handseals Drawback: Must be performed through a preparation before the round in which the user is hit with. The user is only capable of having their body in this state for two rounds. After that the user dies. They are greatly acceptable to Lightning. Description: The user performs the handseals before hand as they wait. While doing this their body becomes somewhat liquefied for a total amount of two rounds. The user is still capable of performing Water Based techniques but no other techniques is capable of being performed while in this form. This technique is used for just in case if an opponent gets close enough for a fast attack. When the opponent gets hit by a lightning technique they ultimately get destroyed because of this technique. By other attacks such as a blunt, slash, stab, or other elemental attacks the user melts down to a liquid like watery state. In this form the user is capable of moving around in the puddle of water like form but is unable to perform anymore techniques. If the user stays in this form longer then two rounds the chakra within their body freaks out and the user dies. Limit: Must know the Water Release, Must have gained Five Hundred Training Points within the Water Release.
* Suiton: Daibakure Mizu Bunshin No Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Effect: The user says "Suiton: Daibakure Mizu Bunshin No Jutsu" and it creates clones from any nearby water and they explode on contact to the enemy, eachother, or the user. They last 3 minutes until they turn back into water (3 posts). Special: Handseals Drawback: They can be tricked like most clones. They can explode on contact to the user, or eachother. They move olny like the user does. Raidus of explosion is 1 foot. Description: The user makes the handsigns and if there is any water nearby the clones will appear and run at the enemy, but olny if the user tells them to. If they explode it does minimul damage which is why many are created. Limit: Must have Water Release
* Suiton: Keibi Amatsu no Jutsu (Water Release: Imperial Guard Technique) Rank: B rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Defensive Effect: Creates a small area of water around a body part that defends against incoming attacks. Special: Handseals Drawback: Is not a strong defense, and as such is only capable of guarding against C rank abilities or lower. Description: The user performs the handseals, which then covers the entire skin surface with chakra. When the user registers an incoming attack, they then focus that chakra at that spot where the attack comes in and creates a small wall of water, at maximum six inches thick, that dissipates after being hit. The chakra over the skin only lasts for three turns, at which point the hand seals must be re-performed. If the user has the Ice Release and the ability to create ice, they can also immediately freeze the ability. Limit: Water Release. Must have the ability to create water. If the user wants to freeze the water, they must have the ice release as well as the ability to create ice.
* Suiton: Mizu Assai Hira no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Crushing Palm Technique) Rank: “B” Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive, Defensive Effect: The user creates a giant palm of out of water that extends from their arm that is capable of lifting great weight or crushing an opponent. Special: Handseals Drawback: Holding the arm continuously drains chakra, as well as exertion, like moving heavy objects requires additional use of chakra. Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends his or her arm out. Water rushes down from the shoulder joint and moves outwards, creating a giant hand. This hand is capable of lifting up to two tons, but can also be used offensively and defensively. Limit: Suiton no Jutsu
* Suiton: Yonheimizubakahatsu (Four Wall Water Explosion) Rank: ”B” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Raises four walls of water around the user that fly out towards an opponent. Special: Handseals Drawback: Described in Description Description: The user performs the seals listed in the special. There, they release chakra that moves water about five feet away from the user. Then, the water levels begin to rise straight forward, creating a wall of water about half a foot thick and ten feet high. The user can then shoot his or her hands outward, and the water will fly outwards, keeping the wall shape. As the walls get further apart, they lose height to compensate for length. When the water is at the ten-feet high area, the user cannot see outside of the wall. The wall stops expanding outwards when it has covered a distance of twenty feet. The water moves at speeds closing in on fifteen miles an hour, which would throw the opponent backwards very quickly. Limit: Requirement: Suijinheki no Jutsu (Water Wall)
* Suiton: Koushou Suiro no Jutsu (Advanced Water Prison) Rank: “B” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Traps the opponent within the Suiro no Jutsu without the needed effect of having one’s hands stuck within the technique. Special: Handseals Description: The user creates a large amount of water around the opponent’s feet that spreads upwards rapidly. The movement upwards is so rapid that escaping from it is next to impossible. Once trapped inside the water, the same rules of Suiro no Jutsu applies to the one trapped- the user is unable to move beyond a few centimeters inside of the water. The user must hold the Tiger seal for the prison to stay intact- however, they are capable of moving around and doing anything that doesn’t break the seal. Limit: Requirements: Suiro no Jutsu
* Suiton: Uzumaki no Jutsu (Whirlpool Technique) Rank: “B” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a fast-moving whirlpool underneath someone’s feet. Special: Handseals Description: The user creates a whirlpool with a diameter of ten feet around the opponent. The water begins to swirl directly under the opponent’s feet, sucking them down under. Each second that the technique exists, the whirlpool expands half a foot, until ten feet is reached. The whirlpool can exist for a total duration of three turns, at which point, the water stops swirling. Opponents trapped inside of the whirlpool are thrust downwards, further into the depths of whatever water source is around. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Tsunami no Jutsu (Tidal Wave Technique) Rank: “B” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Sends a singular tidal wave at an opponent. Special: Handseals Description: Creates a singular tidal wave that crashes towards an opponent with speeds that top thirty miles an hour. The wave crests at twenty feet high and can travel for about ninety feet. The length of the wave is dependant on exactly how much water is available. The largest Tsunami ever created with this jutsu is forty feet wide. Limit: Must have Water Release
* Suiton: Kunou Suiro no Jutsu (Agony Water Prison) Rank: “B” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a water prison that attacks the opponent by increasing in temperature rapidly and then dropping temperature at the same speed. Temperatures can range between 100 Degrees Fahrenheit to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Special: Handseals Description: Once the water prison has been used on an opponent, the temperature of the water changes rapidly, causing the opponent to move through temperature changes ranging from one hundred degrees to forty degrees within seconds. The user of this jutsu is protected by emitting a thin layer of chakra between their hand and the water. Limit: Requires: Suiro no Jutsu
* Suiton: Mizu Urufu Pakku no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Wolf Pack Technique) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Creates a pack of five wolves made from condensed water that rush towards an opponent, intent on attacking it. Special: Handseals Drawback: Must have a water source. User must maintain the Tiger seal to keep the wolves in shape. Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with and holding the Tiger handseal. From the water rapidly rise five regular-sized wolves made of condensed, chakra-hardened water. These wolves rush towards an opponent, or multiple opponents, based on the user’s whim, and aim to attack. If they are attacking on a water source, then when they are hit, they regenerate themselves. If not, then once hit, they act like a Mizu Bunshin and are dispelled. If at any time the user breaks hold of the Tiger seal, then the wolves will dissolve into a puddle of water. Limit: Water Release
* Suiton: Ware-Suiro no Jutsu (Water Release: Self-Water Prison Technique) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Defensive Effect: Wraps the user in a Suiro-like effect for up to three turns. Special: Handseals Drawback: The user cannot move for the duration of the jutsu. If the user dispels this effect before the three turns is done, then their speed and reaction time is reduced by 1/4 for one turn. Description: The user performs the handseals, sending water wrapping itself around his or herself. The outside edge of the water hardens and condenses, making it nearly impossible to inflict physical damage on it. Beyond that, if used on a water source, any time water is displaced by an incoming attack, it is automatically replaced. This effect can also be created if the user has the ability to create water. This effect can be dispelled at will by the user at any time. Limit: Water Release, Suiro no Jutsu
* Enzengen: Mizu Satsu no Jutsu (Angelic Illusion: Water Splitting Technique) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Genjutsu Effect: Tricks the opponent into thinking that an attack was successful. When the attack “lands” on the user, they will burst into a puddle of water. At that point, the user is considered to be invisible until the Genjutsu becomes broken. Special: Handseals Drawback: While the Genjutsu is active, reduces the user’s speed, strength, and accuracy by one half. If the user performs any other Nin or Genjutsu while this effect is in play, then this effect immediately disperses. Additional items are only invisible if they are touching the user, meaning that if the user throws a senbon at the opponent, as soon as it leaves their hand, the senbon will become visible. Description: The user performs the handseals, activating the Genjutsu. The opponent, at first, will notice that nothing has happened. However, at this point, the user has already become invisible, replaced by an illusionary copy of his or herself. When the opponent attacks, their attack is guaranteed to land on the illusionary clone, which will burst into a puddle of illusionary water. While all of this is going on, the user is normally attempting to move closer to the opponent, to catch them off guard. However, it has also been known to be used to escape from the opponent. Limit: Must have Water Release
* Takitsubo kujikeru {Water Release : Tide crusher} Rank:“B” Skill: Ninjutsu Offensive, Effect: When the Surface of Water is struck by palms, a great current forms beneath the user and sends simultaneous waves at the opponent Special: Handseals Drawback: Hand seals, Must have a large body of water to use this jutsu Description: The user forms hand seal’s in the correct order “Rat, Snake, Rat, Snake, Rat, Dragon, Bird” As the last hand seal is performed the user will say “Takitsubo kujikeru” immediately the water beneath the user starts to rise in height and then immediately the user will release their chakra into there palms, then strike the surface of the water with both palms. With a huge eruption the water goes crashing forward in waves. This technique will create 3 initial big waves and due to the pure force smaller more insignificant waves are formed. The intial 3 waves are in sequence – 30ft, 26ft, 22ft, the smaller insignificant waves are approx 6ft in size. Limit: Water Release
* Water Style: Grand Waterball Jutsu Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: User creates a large mass of water in thier mouth which they spit out in a Ball like fashion. Special: Handseals Drawback: Requires a large amount of chakra, can be dodged. Description: User does said handseals and gathers chakra in thier mouth. They then create a mass of water very quickly and spit it out of thier mouth at thier target. The ball of water rapidly grows in size and takes on the shape of a huge waterball, 10 foot in diameter that rushes at a high speed toward its target. The waterball, will explode on contact with any object or person. The explosion will equal that of half an exploding tag. Limit: Water Release, Teppodama
* Suition: Bakurestu Mizu Ito (Exploding Water Thread) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: If any, water thrown, instantly turns to a sebon-like form then on contact explodes. Special: Handseals Drawback: If touched by yourself you will be exploded on. Description: Once activated water that is falling, thrown, or created by the user in some way is instantly turned into a condensed sebon needle. Chakra compressed within the senbon pushes the water outward explosively when touched. If, the sebon is touched in any way it will explode on its contact. The damage from explosion is mild but if used in great quantity then the damage to the target is more severe. Limit: Water release, some source of water.

A- Rank Jutsu (Must be Jonin to learn)
* Suiton: Oshikire Mizu Kasui no Jutsu (Water Release: Pressure Slicing Water Stream Technique) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive. Effect: Sends a powerful, fast moving and pressurized current of water from the user's mouth towards an opponent. Special: "Hand Seals", hold Ram. Drawback: Overuse can result in the user becoming dehydrated. The user must hold the Ram handseal for the duration of the technique. Drains an additional "C" rank amount of chakra for every turn that the water jet continues past the first. Description: A powerful attacking Ninpou that utilizes the Suiton Element, Oshikiri Mizu Kasui builds off of the basis gained by the shinobi when they have learned Suiton: Baku Suishoha. By channeling a great amount of chakra into their gullet, they can then generate a large amount of water and, with proper direction, can release this chakra in a great wave. This technique builds upon these principles, gathering the chakra within the gullet. However, the release is executed differently. In this technique, the user continuously molds their chakra throughout the water being created, and pushes it outwards in a fast-moving, powerful stream of water that, while thin (no larger than the shape of the user's mouth), allows for the combination of speed of pressure to slice through powerful defenses. The slicing power of this technique is capable of penetrating up to "A" Rank defensive techniques. The user is capable of extending the water stream outwards a maximum distance of sixty meters from their location, and is also capable of continuing the water stream for a total of five turns. Due to the centralization of the technique, it is also possible to move while this technique is active, unlike that of Baku Suishoha. Limit: Must know Suiton: Baku Suishoha.
* Suiton: Suishoha (Water Release: Water Waves) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Multi-Purposeful Effect: Allows the user to create a large circular wave of water around the user that rapidly fills out the surrounding areas. Special: "Hand Seals", hold Dragon. Drawback: The user must have 500 TP in Suiton based techniques, as they create the water from the atmosphere. Because of this, the technique also costs a considerable bit more than the average "A" rank technique, to that of three "A" Rank techniques. Description: A technique that is often utilized by masters of the Water Release against a strong attack from the opponent. The user, performing the required handseals, will then end the string on the Dragon seal, which they will hold. Their chakra will burst out around them and, performing the Suiton: Oxyhydro technique, a massive amount of water will begin to torrent itself around the user. This water begins to rapidly swirl into the shape of a regular water typhoon about five meters in diameter and five meters in height, with the user in the central portion. The massive amounts of water, in combination with the rapid rotation of the waves, results in a powerful defensive technique that is capable of blocking "A" Rank or lower techniques. Beyond that, the water will almost immediately begin to spill into the surrounding areas, quickly filling up an area of up to forty meters around the user with up to five meters of water (in height from the ground). This all occurs within one turn. If the user removes the handseal before then, then the technique will end prematurely, with less amounts of water summoned. The water, imbued by the user's chakra, will remain in place for a total of five turns before simply spilling out into the environment. Limit: Requires the user to have 500 TP in Suiton based techniques.
* Suiton: Hahonryu (Water Release: Destruction Rapid Torrents) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: This technique grants the user the ability to summon Rapid Torrents of water, generated at the palm of the hand or pulled from a larger source to use against the opponent. Special: Boar Dog Ram Drawback: --- Description: Performing the necessary handseals the user will channel their water chakra and pulls water from the ground bring it together. The waves of water will force up against one another creating a powerful and destructive amount of ravaging water which will smack the opponent, winding and possibly drowning them. Using this technique, it is also possible for the user to generate water at the palm of their hand to be used for such actions. In most trenched terrain this technique is utilized to create rivers or waterways for several other things. Limit: Water Release, 500 TP in water release.
* Suiton – Daibakufu no Jutsu (Grand Waterfall) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: --- Special: Hand Seals Drawback: --- Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away. Limit: Water Release
* Goshokuzame - Five Sharks Eating Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates 5 sharks of condensed water (one from each finger) that will hunt down a submerged opponent and attempt to tear them to shreds. Special: Handseals Drawback: Can only be used on a large body of water and works best when the target is submerged. Description: After forming handseals, the user will slam their dominant hand onto the surface of the water, causing water to condense into the shape of great white sharks beneath from each finger. Once formed, the sharks will hunt down any target beneath the water and can even breach the water for short periods to attack a target standing atop the surface. Limit: Water Release; Suikoudan no Jutsu
* Suiton - Goshukuzame No Jutsu (Fire Sharks Eating Skill) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates Water Like sharks to attack an opponent. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: --- Description: A high level water skill where the user slams there hand upon the surface of the water in order to create five sharks made of condensed water, that can attack opponents in the water Limit: Water Release, must know the Goshokuzame technique
* Suiton: Itomizu Zetsumei Jiten (String Water Death Spin) Rank: "A" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: After the user wraps themselves within the Itomizu Suijinheki, the user continues to swing their arms in the wide arcs, sending out more and more strings of water. Due to the advanced stage of this training, the user knows how to use their chakra to allow the water to continue in a spinning mission without the constant need to perform the arcs. While it is necessary to refresh the chakra within the water strings to keep the water spinning, the user is capable of moving massive amount of water strings about at a fast speed- fast enough to cut through cloth and flesh, and to deflect metal objects attempting to enter the domain of the spin. At maximum, the user is capable of extending these strings of water out in the spins for about twenty five meters. Special: Requires the ability to manipulate at least ninety strings of water. Drawback: Holding onto the amount of water threads necessary to perform this technique is a significant drain on chakra. Forcing them all to move the way that it does is draining too, such that it drains one chakra for every three strings every turn. Limit: Suiton: Itomizu Suijinheki
* Suiton: Suiryuuben (Water Element: Water Dragon Whip) Rank: "A" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A Powerful technique where the user makes a large spinning ball of water above the user's head. This ball is about the size of the user in diameter. A technique in which the user creates multiple whips from within the ball to stab into the opponent. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user is unable to move while performing this technique. Description: The user performs the handseals needed as they create a large spinning ball of water above their head. This ball is the size or slightly more of their body in diameter. The Sphere of water hovers some until finally the user then makes the ball of water shoot out multiple stabbing whips towards the opponents. The whips are capable of maneuvering through trees and obstacles in order to hit the opponent. The user however must at least know where the opponents will be in order to have the whips stab into the opponents. This technique is used for whenever the user is being surrounded by multiple opponents. When the user is a "C" Class character they are capable of creating an amount of twenty whips to shoot out into the distance of fifty meters. When the user becomes a "B" Class character they are capable of creating an amount of twenty five whips to shoot out into the distance of fifty five meters. When the user becomes "A" Class the amount of whips increases by five, and the distance increases by five meters. When the user becomes "S" Class the amount of whips increases by five, and the distance increases by another five meters. Limit: Must know the Water Release, Must have gained Five Hundred Training Points within the Water Release.
* Suiton: Suishuu Gorugon (Powerful Blasting Rain Trench) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Using the spinning water of Suiton: Suiryuuben (Water Element: Water Dragon Whip) the user creates a powerful miniature dragon to smash into the opponent. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: User is unable to move while performing this technique. Description: A powerful technique in which the user must first use Suiton: Suiryuuben (Water Element: Water Dragon Whip) in order to perform. After they perform Suiton: Suiryuuben (Water Element: Water Dragon Whip) they use the spinning ball of water and creates a ramming technique that is in the shape of that of a Dragon, or a miniature creature. The creature opens its mouth as it swallows the person whole drowning the opponent from within, or until it slams the opponent into a harsh object such as the ground crushing the opponent. When the user is a "C" Class character they are capable of creating the technique to shoot out into the distance of fifty meters. When the user becomes a "B" Class character they are capable of creating the technique to shoot out into the distance of fifty five meters. When the user becomes "A" Class the amount of the distance increases by five meters. When the user becomes "S" Class the amount of the distance increases by another five meters. While performing this technique the user is still capable of creating half of the amount of whips as Suiton: Suiryuuben (Water Element: Water Dragon Whip) allows. Limit: Must know the Water Release, Must know Suiton: Suiryuuben (Water Element: Water Dragon Whip)
* Water Clone Explosion Rank: Offensive, Rank A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: It works exactly like Itachi's Shadow Clone Explosion, exept you use it with water clones. You may also explode all three of the water clones. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: Quite easy to dodge if you only use one water clone! Description: First you need to activate Water Clones (Obviously) and then activate this jutsu. You may either have 1 explode or 3 explode. Not two. When the explosion is activated, instead of having a proper explosion (flames, smoke ect.) bubbles appear. It still has the same effect of a proper explosion though. Limit: Must know Mizu bunshin no Jutsu (Water Replication)
* Suiton: Mizu Keiei no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Watchman Technique) Rank: “A” Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Creates a special, immobile water clone. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: The Watchman cannot move. They are also dispelled in one hit. Description: The user performs the handseals, creating an immobile water clone. This clone is filled with chakra that is similar to the concept of Third Eye technique, which allows you to see things from a distance. Once the watchman has been set in place, when the user wants to see around that area, he or she performs the Ram handseal while remaining immobile, allowing them to view up to twenty meters from the clone, but not through any solid objects. The clone can last, at maximum, for twenty four hours. However, “C” Ranked training can increase the duration of the clones by 12 hours each time. Limit: Suiton no Jutsu. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu. Must have a water source.
* Suiton: Konbusuchion Rerease Rank: "A" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Due, to the fact that the human body is made up of about 70% of the fat free mass of the human body is made of water. The user is able to minipulate the targets body water, forcing him to delay his actions. Though, the target still has some movement with extreme restraint. Special: Handseals Drawback: Must keep full concentration on the target. Due to strain on the body of both people, the jutsu will be able to stay intanct for 6seconds (1 post) -to- 12 seconds (2 posts). Description: The user does the proper amount of handseals for the jutsu. Then, end with the tiger sign keeping it in place with one hand. As this occurs from water in the air converges into a small ball of water and sticks onto the target, allowing the jutsu to be concentrated on. Limit: Water Realease ; 100+ TP in Water Jutsu's
* Shuukou Mizu Bunshin (Condensed Water Clone) Rank: A-rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Similiar to the Normal Mizu Bunshin. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: Fairly large sized water size depending on how many are created, lack of number, and inability to preform or help in Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. Description: Like the Normal Mizu Bunshin the user creates Clones from water to attack or distract opponents. Though the Shuukou Clones are created from compressed a fairly large amount of water to create the clone. Unlike the Normal Mizu clones these are far more resistant to physical assaults. Unlike normal clones the number is limited to the Number of clones the user can use divided by 5. (example: To make 2 Shuukou Mizu Bunshins the user must be able to create 10 normal Mizu Bunshins.) The Shuukou Mizu Bunshin is unable to imitate or assist in ninjutsu or genjutsu such as Water prison. Though the Shuukou Mizu Bunshin are tough enough strikes will cause them collapse, or a simple decapitation. Also the Shuukou Mizu Bunshin Can not be used in Conjunction with Mizu Bunshin Limit: The user must have Water release, Know Mizu Bunshin. And must be atleast B-rank Difficulty.
* Abura: Suiton Sairoku (Oil Substance Transcription) Rank: A Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows any B rank or lower water technique to be used with a substitution in the description and effect of the jutsu; the word water will be replaced with oil. basicly making all B ranked or lower water techniques to become oil techniques. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: The Oil is extremely flammable and if caught on fire anyone in contact with the oil substance will be severely burnt. Description: Would look exactly the same as the Water Jutsu being performed exept the water would be black because it was replaced with oil. Limit: Water Release, Must know Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds)
