Konoha Village's second founding family is the Hyuuga clan. Also a "noble" family (that is, a long, age-old family) their Advanced Bloodline is also a DouJutsu, the Byakugan. Unlike the Sharingan, which only appears to a few select members of the Uchiha clan, every member of the family inherits Hyuuga’s eye technique, although it is stronger in some than others are. Translated directly to White Eyes, its name comes from the odd, pale eyes that members of the Hyuuga clan inherit, giving them an almost intimidating look.
The Hyuuga clan has a very long history that dates back to the beginning of Hidden Leaf Village, and that history is plagued with pain and discrimination. The clan itself is split into two Houses - the Main House, those who are taught all of the clan techniques and carry the bloodline to its maximum potential and. The Branch House members are those who exist only to protect and serve the Main House. They are denied the higher level training of the Hyuuga unique techniques, such as Hakkeshou Kaiten (Divination Whirl), and are forever enslaved to the Main House.
The method of sorting newborn children into each house is simple - those born first from a Main House member become Main House while those born after become Branch House members. Any children of Branch House members remain within the Branch House. In order to secure this enslavement every Branch House member has a special Cursed Seal engraved into their forehead from the age of four, representing a caged bird. It is a reminder to the Branch House of their duty to the Main House and a leash of sorts. With simple hand seal, any Main House member can inflict a huge amount of pain to a Branch House member, killing the victim's brain cells and hurting their optic nerves. Death is easy to cause and after the victim's life ends, the seal recedes and destroys their optic nerves, sealing the Byakugan and preventing any other shinobi from examining the corpse and finding the bloodline secrets. The Main House members are usually not on missions and are taught most of their technique at their home, as well as the methods of running the family. Exceptions are made, however, especially if a Main House heir is considered weak by the family Head. Hyuuga Hinata, for example, is not considered a worthy heir to Hyuuga by her father (although she remains the family heir) and he did not care what became of her. All of this strife has caused a huge rift to appear between the two Houses, and many Branch House members are bitter and resentful of the Main House.
The Hyuuga claim they to be the strongest in Konoha, and with only one Uchiha member left in the village this may be true. However, if the Uchiha were at their prime it is doubtful whether this claim would stand. Kakashi does say that the Byakugan is slightly stronger, but with the three unique Sharingan techniques, that is a doubtful statement.
Nevertheless, the Byakugan is something to be feared. Like the Sharingan, the Hyuuga member only needs to channel a little chakra to the eyes to activate the technique, the enhancement made clear with bulging veins around, and even inside, the eye. In addition, since it is a DouJutsu, it can identify and penetrate any TaiJutsu, GenJutsu or NinJutsu. However, the similarities with the Sharingan end there. The enhancement also grants the user 360 degree vision meaning he or she can see all their surroundings in perfect detail. Any attack within fifty meters is detected so the user is essentially impossible to sneak up on while it is active. However, this insight can be focused in different ways. If the user wishes, he can see several miles ahead by focusing his eyes to the front, or he can see through any person or obstacle with ease. When facing a person he can penetrate his skin and see the chakra circulatory system, with the chakra centre and all 361 tenketsu (chakra openings) on the surface of the skin. On its own, this may seem impressive, but does not sound like it could be useful in combat. However, the Hyuuga have devised a devastating TaiJutsu style, called Jyuuken (Gentle Fist).
The Hyuuga have inherited an amazing amount of chakra control. Their combat style focuses on chakra manipulation, of their own and the opponent's. Unlike Gouken (Iron Fist) which attacks the surface of the body, breaking bones and such, Jyuuken attacks an opponent's internal organs and chakra circulatory system. Since there is, no way to train your internal organs the damage caused is usually lethal, no matter what your strength or toughness. This is the key to the art of Jyuuken and this is why it is feared so much. The user basically attacks the opponent with graceful palm strikes and releases a burst of chakra from their tenketsu in their hand every time a strike connects, shoving chakra straight into the enemy's body. As the Byakugan can see the chakra system they can go for the chakra centre directly, causing great pain and anguish to the opponent, or they can attack the critical organs. The chakra circulatory system is closely intertwined with the inner organs that mold chakra, so attacking the system does damage to the organs themselves. The final and most frightening aspect of the Byakugan and Jyuuken is it allows the user to seal an opponent's tenketsu, preventing them from molding chakra or, in the case of a Hyuuga opponent, preventing the use of Jyuuken. Using just their fingertips, the user hits the tenketsu with pinpoint accuracy and seals it with a small burst of chakra.
History
The Hyuuga is one of the few clans that was not created for Shinobi intentions or created within harsh intentions, though that does nto mean that the world of the Hyuuga was a peaceful world. They say that the Hyuuga started off as a powerful family born by the gods of sight. The Gods of Sight awarded a slect few the power of sight beyond sight. The Hyuuga were blessed, and they knew they were blessed. For that the start of Hyuuga clan they were not blessed with Materialism. When the world was young, before the First Ninja War, before even the villages were ever formed the Hyuuga struggled with their "disability" struggled through their astranged cultures. The Hyuuga first started off as a Clan of the Monks, in which was considered to be the start of the Jyuuken Fist, the hand to hand combat style that has given the bretheren Hyuuga their renowned strength and famous combat skills.
The Hyuuga trained in silence, in secrecy as Monks as they kept among themselves, never straying from their ways of life and tradition. Within the days of youth tradition was all that mattered, as it kept the Hyuuga pure, it kept the Clan alive. Living in secrecy, and away from the outside world they were then brought to the light before the Villages were created. As the first war had begun those that resided within the country of fire saught out those of power, and one of those was the clan of Hyuuga. Through the years of secrecy the Hyuuga gained a reputation of being a rich clan through working trade and other means that have yet to be known even to this day.

Hyuuga Family Branch Seal Seal Requirements: The people that know this seal are the high members found within the Hyuuga Main Branch. The only way you would be capable of becoming a high level of the High Branch family is by showing your worth within the Hyuuga Family. The seal is a technique ritual like form, but for the High Branch members who are capable of using this technique are the only ones capable of performing the true effect of the technique. This technique is only capable of being placed upon a member of the Hyuuga Family. Those of the Branch families are the main targets. If a Branch member leaves the Village will have the seal branded upon them. When the Branch member is at the age of three the seal is placed upon them without exceptions. To be capable of learning this seal you must first ask the main Branch leader, but you must he part of the Main branch as well. The knowledge of this seal is within certain amounts of Scrolls found within deep of the Hyuuga Mansion of Leaf. If there is a family in another village, or in another location other then Leaf, the Main branch knows of this and those within the other countries are considered to be as Branch members. Seal Description: The seal is shown along the head of the barer. When the seal is performed the seal stays upon the head of the user and is uncapable of being removed. With this seal the one who has the seal is branded known as a branch member. The seal is within a nice color of a light green as it is attached against the user's head. By using a certain technique those who know this seal is capable of performing a certain technique that is in conjunction with the technique. If one who knows this seal and the technique in conjunction the person is capable of creating great harm upon the one who has this seal. Please look at the Technique below to have a better understanding of how exactly the technique works and why the technique would be used. Seal Bonus: There are no true bonuses upon this technique other then the fact that when the one who has the seal upon them dies, then the seal automatically takes place using the effects as the Hyuuga Branch Seal technique. Seal Drawbacks: --- Seal Cost:
Hyuuga Branch Seal Technique Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Those who know this technique and Seal itself are capable of performing a technique that causes great pain upon the one with the seal a well as great pain. When the technique is activated the one with the seal is unable to act properly, they are unable to perform techniques or truly attack because the pain upon their head is to great. After one post of this the user's head will explode from the inside, the seal would spread through the body and corode the chakra system within the body making study upon the body uncapable of occuring. Special: A handseal that is undefined other then slamming their hands together. Drawback: --- Description: When the technique is activated the one with the seal is unable to act properly, they are unable to perform techniques or truly attack because the pain upon their head is to great. After one post of this the user's head will explode from the inside, the seal would spread through the body and corode the chakra system within the body making study upon the body uncapable of occuring. The one who performs this technique does not have to look at the one who has the seal. They don't have to be in the same room, or in the same city. This is so then the secrets of the Hyuuga Family will always be safe. There is no way one can dodge this technique. The user must have knowledge of the one who has the seal, and know the location of the person who has the seal placed upon them. When one who has the seal dies the technique automatically occurs and the effects occur without question or way to stop. Limit: Must know how to use the Hyuuga Branch Seal. Must be Hyuuga

Byakugan Rank: "C" "B" "A" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Allows the user Special: --- Drawback: Byakugan user has a 360 degree field of vision, with the exception of a small blind spot behind the user's first thoracic vertebrae (as stated in the manga). Lacks the power of Analysis. This is demonstrated in an anime filler arc by Ranmaru, who created false chakra circulatory systems through the use of a dōjutsu (possibly a bloodline limit), causing the Byakugan to see inanimate objects as people and the objects themselves at the same time. However, it is not considered canon in a filler episode that a Byakugan user is unable to see the workings of such an "illusion". Description: Can see the minuscule chakra pressure points. With the use of certain hand seals, it also has telescopic, X-ray, and thermal vision. The Byakugan is the key to Konohagakure's strongest Taijutsu, the Jūken, as it allows the user to see the chakra circulatory system of an opponent. Each level of its insight can therefore be mystified by proper means. When first learned they are capable of seeing up to fifty yards in a 360 Degree radius except for that blind spot. Each time learned this amount of distance is increased by ten yards. When the user reaches up to a distance of One hundred yards the amount of training is increased to that of "B" Rank Level Training. The amount of distance is still increased by ten. When the user reaches up to a distance of Four Hundred Yards the user is capable of seeing even further but with an amount of A Rank Training. Limit: Must be part of the Hyuuga Bloodlimit.

Jyuuken - Soft Fist Fightin g Style
Breakdown and History:
Gentle Fist is a powerful fighting style, unique to the Hyuuga Clan. The internal system of chakra winds all throughout the body, coiling closely around several nerve points and vital organs. Through the perceptive powers of the Byakugan and precise chakra control, the Hyuuga Clan has perfected the art of striking this internal system of chakra coils, causing it to malfunction and damaging nearby organs. The name “Gentle Fist” comes from a passing remark made in the long past, referring to how even a seemingly gentle strike from the Jyuuken can cause lethal damage. Jyuuken works on the principle of the Eight Trigrams Divination Field, and the balance of yin and yang. It bears a resemblance to the Chinese martial art of Baguazhang (Eight Trigram Palm).
Training:
In external/internal martial arts, the development of chi is at least equal to, if not more important than, the dvelopment of raw physical power. Muscular tension is still employed, but not nearly to the same extent nor with the same ferocity as it is in the purely external martial arts. In this amalgamated form, relaxation becomes significantly more emphasized than tension in all fighting technique and training procedures.
In the continuum of external/internal martial arts, each individual martial art usually has a clear bias toward either external or internal techniques. External practices are those that are based on (a) muscular tension; (b) aerobic activity rather than cultivation of chi; and (c) tendencies to seperate the body training into segmented parts; for instance, arm training, leg training, waist training, etc. Internal martial arts are those that are completely based on (a) muscular and mental relaxation; (b) whole body integration; (c) obvious or subtle circularity in all physical motions; (d) the mind directly linking to the central nervous system to create speed and reflexes; and (e) awareness and conscious use of the internal nonmuscular components under the skin, such as the spine, blood vessels, internal organs, glands, joints, brain, and all energy centers, channels, and points inside the body, and the external aura.
There are various progressive stages in the middle ground of martial arts that bridge internal and external arts.
Rankings:
* Kanshi – Those who have just begun learning the art of Jyuuken are the Kanshi, the lowest rank of the fighting style. A user must have learned all D rank techniques to be Kanshi. * Chuushi – The next step up from Kanshi, those of the Chuushi are demonstrators to learning Kanshi. To be a Chuushi, the user must have learned all C rank techniques. * Hari – The Hari are competent users of Jyuuken, and assistants to the masters. They aid in the teaching of Jyuuken, as well as giving assistance to struggling students. A user must have learned all B rank techniques to be a Hari. * Boshi – Boshi are the second to highest rank, considered to be a sort of half-master. A Boshi may open up their own class and teach the art of Jyuuken. Though they can become teachers, the Boshi are not considered to be true masters of the Gentle Fist. Only those who have mastered all A rank techniques may be Boshi. * Master – The elite title of Master is the highest available in Jyuuken. A series of tests is issued by the Hyuuga leaders to test if one may become a Jyuuken Master. A Master has perfected the Gentle Fist and may create their own techniques in order to further the art of Jyuuken. Only a master may create new techniques within the Gentle Fist. Even so, mixing elemental releases into the art of Jyuuken is considered taboo. A master has knowledge of theory and principle of Jyuuken, not only the techniques. In order to become a Master, the user must know all S ranked techniques and pass the test issued by the current leaders of the Hyuuga Clan.
Masters:
The only sure fire way to learn the art of Jyuuken is from the Hyuuga Mansion in Konoha. There is no other way to learn the art unless taught by another Hyuuga who is willing to bequeath their knowledge to you.

Kanshi Techniques
* Jyuuken Basic Stance Rank: E Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to use a number of basic Jyuuken techniques. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user faces in a sideways formation, with the front leg extended and the back leg turned in the same direction. The user bends their knees slightly, but their weight is distributed evenly through the legs. The front arm is extended before them. The palm of hand of the front arm is open, with the fingers outstretched and held together. The other hand is extended in the same direction, forming an ‘L’ shape. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga.
* Jyuuken Advanced Stance Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to use the more advanced Jyuuken techniques. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: This stance is very similar to the Basic Stance, with a few alterations. The back leg is more bent, bringing the user’s body closer to the ground. The front arm remains the same while the palm of the back arm is slightly turned, causing it to face upward instead of forward. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Basic Jyuuken Stance
* Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: A palm thrust that releases a burst of chakra, knocking an opponent far backwards. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: From the basic stance, the user concentrates chakra into their palm, building it up. The user then rushes forward and slams their palm into their opponent, releasing the chakra and sending the opponent flying backwards. How far the opponent is sent back is dependent on the rank of the user. o Difficulty Class D – Five Meters o Difficulty Class C – Ten Meters o Difficulty Class B – Fifteen Meters o Difficulty Class A – Twenty Meters o Difficulty Class S – Twenty-five Meters
Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Basic Stance.
* Harichakra (Chakra Needle) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user forms small needles of chakra from the tenketsu on their fingers which can slice through chakra creations, which are normally indestructible. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user pushes chakra from their fingertips, creating small needles of pure chakra on the tips of the pointer and middle fingers. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Basic Stance.
Chuushi Techniques
* Jyuuken Tenketsu (Gentle Fist Chakra Points) Rank: C, B, A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: This is a stackable technique, teaching the user how to find and strike the tenketsu on the human body. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: When first learned, the user is capable of finding and striking ninety tenketsu. When the B ranked version is learned, the user is capable of finding and striking one-hundred-eighty tenketsu on the human body. When the A rank version is learned, the user can strike all three-hundred-sixty-one teneketsu on the human body. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Harichakra.
* Hakkeshou: Nankan (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Barrier) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Speeds up the user by 2 movements each time used. Special: -- Drawback: Can only be used five times a day. If the user is higher than C rank, it still requires twenty TP to learn Nankan again. Description: The user excretes chakra from their tenketsu steadily, creating a barrier around them that alerts the user of motion before it comes near the user, giving them the appearance of heightened reflexes. Some maintain that this skill was created in order to combat the Sharingan. The user can only use this technique five times a day when first learned. Each time it is learned again, the user can use it one extra time per day. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance.
* Hakkeshou: Sekishokyuu (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Barrier Sphere) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user releases a mass burst of chakra from their tenketsu, stopping Taijutsu and physical projectiles. Special: -- Drawback: Does not protect against Ninjutsu at all. Description: The user releases a mass burst of chakra from their tenketsus, forming a dome-shaped blast with a diameter of about one meter. Any foe or physical caught within the blast area is stalled or completely stopped by the counterforce. This technique, however, cannot stall Ninjutsu attacks. Also, because it is stationary, it requires more chakra than the Kaiten. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Must known Hakkeshou: Nankan.
* Hakkeshou: Kaiten (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Divination Whirl) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user releases chakra from their tenketsu while spinning like a top, creating a dome of spinning chakra that will repel Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user spins like a top, secreting chakra from all of their tenketsus at once. A blue dome of whirling chakra forms around them, spinning with such force that a wind is whipped up around the dome. The dome has a radius of five meters. Ninjutsu and Taijutsu strikes are blown back if they come into contact with the dome. However, strikes of B rank or higher can pierce the dome, causing a chakra reaction that will most likely blow both the user and the attacker backwards. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Must know Hakkeshou: Sekishokyuu.
* Chakra no Uwaoi (Cover of Chakra) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user forms a two inch thick shield of chakra around a specific part of their body momentarily. Special: -- Drawback: Requires deep concentration, can only hold on shield at a time, can only maintain a shield for a single attack against it. Description: A hard, glassy looking cover, with barely visible chakra flowing like liquid beneath it, coats the selected part of the body. This hardened cover of chakra can be used for offensive purposes, allowing the user to cause more damage with punches and kicks. The shield can also be used to block C rank Taijutsu strikes and projectiles. Anything stronger will cause the chakra shield to shatter. The user can form another shield as soon as one is broken or fades. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Basic Stance.
* Hakke Kuushou (Eight Trigrams Wind Palm) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user thrusts out their palm in a strike, releasing a burst of striking wind from it. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user positions themselves and thrusts their palm out, as though striking someone right in front of them. A burst of chakra is released from their hand, mingling with the air and turning into a sort of bullet of air and ram into opponents. The maximum range of this technique is two meters. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance, must know Hakkeshou: Nankan, must have Wind Release.
Hari Techniques
* Daiharichakra (Great Chakra Needle) Rank: B Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user becomes more adept at controlling the chakra needles on their fingertips, and can now use them to damage internal organs. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user continues to exert chakra from their fingertips, causing needles of pure chakra to form on their index and middle fingertips. The user can now strike at the opponent’s tenketsu. If the opponent is preparing a technique, the user of the Daiharichakra can strike at the tenketsu, causing the building chakra to burst and cause internal damage. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Basic Stance, must know Harichakra.
* Hakkeshou: Daikaiten (Hands of the Eight Divination: Great Whirl) Rank: B Skill: Taijutsu Effect: An advanced version of Hakkeshou: Kaiten, the user releases a greater amount of chakra from their tenketsu while spinning like a top, creating a defensive chakra dome of a greater size. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user begins to spin like a top, excreting chakra from their tenketsu at a much higher level than the Hakkeshou: Kaiten. This creates a dome of spinning chakra that will repel or stop Taijutsu, projectiles, and Ninjutsu of B rank or less. The radius of the giant dome is ten meters, and is capable of blowing opponents backward up to fifteen meters. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga, Must know Hakkeshou: Kaiten, must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance, Main House Only.
* Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms) Rank: B Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user strikes and seals sixty four tenketsu on the opponents’s body. Special: -- Drawback: Requires six movements to perform. The opponent must be within the Hakke to perform this technique. Description: The user visualizes the Hakke, or Divination Field, standing in the center of the ying-yang. The Hakke is about five meters in radius. The user then settles into a wide-footed, elegant stance. They then move forward and strike two of the foe’s tenketsu with precise, chakra-infused fingers, sealing them. They then seal four, then eight, and so on until sixty-four tenketsu have been sealed. This causes the majority of chakra activity in the body to shut down, causing immense pain and stopping the opponent from molding their chakra. The only way to reopen the tenketsu is through medical treatment or having them unsealed by a Jyuuken user, or by an intense rush of chakra, like the Gates. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Jyuuken Tenketsu C Rank, must know Hakkeshou: Nankan, must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance.
* Hakkeshou: Kaisuro Shuriken (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Heavenly Shuriken) Rank: B Skill: Taijutsu Effect: A variation of Hakkeshou: Kaiten, where the user throws Shuriken from within the sphere. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user spins in the Kaiten, but this time begins hurling shuriken from within the rotation. The shuriken gain high speed from the rotating chakra, moving in their own minature spheres of chakra once they break free from the technique. Each shuriken takes two movements to position and throw. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Hakkeshou: Kaiten. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance.
* Hakke: Yonuindo Kaihou (Eight Trigrams: Four Winds Release) Rank: B Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user releases four Hakke: Kushou strikes at once. Special: Requires the user to gather chakra in their arm for one post. Drawback: Weakens the user’s arm, preventing them from using B rank or Higher Jyuuken techniques for two posts. Description: The user gathers mass chakra into their arm, then thrusts both arms forward, releasing four bursts of wind similar to the Hakke: Kushou. The winds move at high speed in a cone, causing enough destruction to even pierce solid stone. This technique had a range of two meters and a thickness of one meter. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Hakke: Kuushou. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Main House Only.
* Harichakra Kaihou (Needle Chakra Release) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to project the needle chakra technique away from their hand, sending it forward a maximum of six inches. Special: --- Drawback: Makes the chakra for the technique visible. Moves moderately slow, allowing people to dodge the attack. Description: Harichakra Kaihou is an extension of the Daiharichakra technique. By utilizing their mastery over the flow of chakra within their body, the Hyuuga warrior will enter into close-range combat with the opponent. If the opponent is incredibly skilled at dodging, the user can utilize this technique in order to catch the opponent by surprise. By focusing upon their chakra, they will condense it and then perform a stabbing motion with their fingers towards the opponent. The condensed chakra will be released from the hand, moving forward a maximum of six inches before dissipating. If the chakra should make contact with the opponent, it will penetrate into the opponent’s body and injure it similar to the damage that would be dealt if the user had struck the opponent with Daiharichakra. Limit: Must know Daiharichakra. Must be a member of the Hyuuga Main House, and must learn from the Main House Dojo in Konoha.
* Hakke Inpaktou (Eight Trigams Impact) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to release a double blast of chakra from their palm that performs both internal and external injuries. Special: Must be used from the Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Drawback: If the opponent moves quickly enough, they are capable of avoiding either one or both of the blasts. Description: Inpakutou is the beginning of showing true mastery over the elements of the Jyuuken. By utilizing the ability to harness chakra and project it into the opponent’s body to cause internal injury, as well as by combining it with the ability to force an opponent back from the power of Hakke Kuusho, the user will inflict great harm upon the opponent. From the Jyuuken Advanced Stance, the user will perform an open-palmed thrust towards the opponent, and, upon impact, will release two bursts of chakra near-simultaneously. The released chakra is capable of traveling only six inches, so if the opponent dodges the initial attack, they become capable of dodging the whole attack. The first burst of chakra is manipulated in a similar manner to the Harichakra technique, which enters the opponent’s body and inflicts internal damage upon whatever organs might have been struck. It also closes any tenketsu that could have been found in this location. The second burst of chakra, released a mere moment after the first, acts like the Hakke Kuusho technique, throwing the opponent backwards between three to five meters. Limit: Must have the Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Must know Daiharichakra. Must know Hakke Kuusho. Must know Harichakra Kaihou. Must be a member of the Jyuuken Main House, and must learn from the Main House dojo in Konoha.
* Hakke: Chakraijou Hira (Eight Trigams Chakra Transfer Palm) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Allows the user to transfer Jyuuken Harichakra throughout a material that is based out of chakra. Special: Hand must be making contact with the object the user is sending their chakra through. Drawback: The amount of damage capable of being dealt by this technique is dependent upon the rank of the user. If at any point that the user removes his hand from the transfer object, or the opponent breaks away from the transfer object, then the technique is wasted. Description: A technique that was developed when fighting against opponents who like to fight long range. Against an opponent who uses the Jyuuken, people often attempt to use techniques to help 'guide' their attack, especially if the opponent discovers the user's blind spot. By channeling chakra throughout the guiding object, the user becomes capable of doing damage to the opponent's internal body from a long way away. However, the chakra transfer is generally slow, and if used over incredibly long distances, the chances of the transfer object remaining attached to the opponent is difficult to maintain. Should the attack be successful, however, the damage that is dealt to the opponent is equal to one rank below the user's current Difficulty Class. Limit: Must know Harichakra.
* Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher) Rank: "B" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A focused variation of Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, this jutsu sends a wave of chakra directly towards an opponent, more than enough to shatter rock. Special: --- Drawback: Depending on what class level the user is depends on how far the wave of chakra may go. Description: With this technique the user takes in the variation of what they know in both Hakkeshou: Kaiten (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Divination Whirl), and Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm). Using the forcing thrusting power of Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm) and the chakra blowing power mixed with the chakra spin used in Hakkeshou: Kaiten (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Divination Whirl). The user spins their arm, rotating it some as they quickly thrust forward. Doing so a wave of chakra is sent flying towards the opponent capable of shattering rock and all kinds of rocks even created or formed by chakra. This wave is shot out in a single wave that grows to the size of a human body shot in a straight line. Depending on the class level of the user depends on how far this wave may go. o Difficulty Class D – Five Meters o Difficulty Class C – Ten Meters o Difficulty Class B – Fifteen Meters o Difficulty Class A – Twenty Meters o Difficulty Class S – Twenty-five Meters
Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must know Hakkeshou: Kaiten (Hands of the Eight Divinations: Divination Whirl), Must know Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm)
Boshi Techniques
* Hakke: Hyakunijuuhashou (Eight Trigrams: One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms) Rank: A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user strikes and seals one hundred twenty-eight tenketsu on the opponent’s body. Special: -- Drawback: Requires twelve movements to perform. The opponent must be within the Hakke to perform this technique. Description: The user visualizes the Hakke, or Divination Field, standing in the center of the ying-yang. The Hakke is about five meters in radius. They then settle into a wide-footed stance. Moving with twice the speed of the Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou, they strike two, then four, then eight, and so on until one hundred twenty-eight tenketsu, sealing them and cutting off chakra flow. This strike is most likely to knock the opponent unconscious, and causes much more internal damage to the foe. Someone who does not receive medical attention within a day or two after being subject to this technique will most likely die or be cut off from their chakra flow permanently. The only way to unseal the tenketsu is through medical treatment or by a Jyuuken user or by an intense rush of chakra, like the Gates. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou, must know Jyuuken Tenketsu B rank, must know Hakkeshou: Nankan, must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Main House Only.
* Shugohakke: Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Trigrams Protection: Sixty-Four Palms) Rank: A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Combining the Hakkeshou: Kaiten and the Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou, the user emits sharpened blades of chakra from their hands, using them to strike anything within their range of vision. Special: -- Drawback: The user is unable to move as this technique occurs. Description: The user moves at high speed similar to the Hakke: Rokuyuuyonshou, emitting arc-like blades of chakra from their palms and moving their hands all around them. This allows the user to strike numerous targets precisely. The dome created by the intense motion of the chakra blades has a five meter radius. This creates a defensive effect that can repel A rank and lower techniques of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, as well as wounding anything coming into contact with the dome by nature of the cutting chakra. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Hakkeshou: Kaiten and Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Main House Only.
* Shoguhakke: Kamekaze Rasen (Eight Trigrams Protection: Divine Wind Spiral) Rank: A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user ejects bursts of sharpened chakra from within the Kaiten, cutting apart a wide area. Special: -- Drawback: The user cannot move when using this technique, only goes as far as the Hakke. Description: The user visualizes the Hakke, or Divination Field. The Hakke is about five meters in radius. The began to spin in the center of the ying-yang, releasing bursts of chakra as they go. The bursts become destructive slices of chakra that move out from the user, slicing through even solid stone within the first meter. The blades weaken as they move further from the center, dissipating as they reach the edge of the Hakke. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Hakkeshou: Daikaiten, Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou, and Shugohakke: Rokujuuyonshou. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Main House Only.
* Chakra no Bodi (Body of Chakra) Rank: A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user extends the knowledge of Chakra no Uwaoi, dissolving it in order to enhance their strength. Special: -- Drawback: The user cannot use Chakra no Uwaoi when this is active. Makes the user highly vulnerable to long range strikes. Description: The user dissolves his chakra cover, instead using it to coat their body in a light blue field of chakra. This field has no defensive capabilities, instead grants the user increased strength and Taijutsu potential. The strikes from the user will burn the opponent, as well as cause some internal damage as the chakra seeps into the foe. However, attacks will glide through the cover easily and can wound the user more easily than before, since their chakra is spread so thinly outside the body. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Chakra no Uwaoi. Must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Main House Only.
* Hakke Dai Inpaktou (Eight Trigams Greater Impact) Rank: “A” Rank Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to perform a more powerful version of the Inpaktou. Special: Must be used from the Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Drawback: If the opponent moves quickly enough, they are capable of avoiding either one or both of the blasts. Description: When the user first learns Inpaktou, they slowly gain true mastery of the Jyuuken. By the time that they have mastered this technique, they will have perfected the art of inflicting internal damage upon the opponent. Dai Inpaktou releases an additional burst of chakra, making the total count of chakra releases increase to three. The first one acts in a manner similar to the first release of the normal Inpaktou, sending chakra into the opponent’s body in order to damage internal organs and potentially close off tenketsu. It is the second wave that differentiates now. This wave will be released and travel through the opponent, where it will remain stationary. Immediately following the release of the second wave, the third wave will be released, which acts in accordance to the regular Inpaktou’s second wave, pushing the opponent forward. However, the combination of the second and third wave will cause the opponent to be caught between the two waves of chakra, which both push on the opponent, which presents enough force to knock the wind out of the opponent as well as further damage the area that received internal injuries. Limit: Must have the Jyuuken Advanced Stance. Must know Daiharichakra. Must know Hakke Kuusho. Must know Inpaktou. Must be a member of the Jyuuken Main house, and must learn from the Main House dojo in Konoha.
* Hakke Kamisorikaiten (Eight Trigams Razor Divination Whirl) Rank: “A” Rank Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user performs the Daikaiten, amplifying it into an offensive and defense technique combination by running razor-sharp strands of chakra on the outer ends of the technique. Special: --- Drawback: The strands are small, and are only capable of striking the opponent if the opponent is caught within the initial release of the Daikaiten or attempts to run straight into it. Description: Many people of the Hyuuga Clan have often considered their Kaiten technique to be the most powerful and important technique within the entire Hyuuga branch. This ability works to amplify that effect, turning a technique normally meant to be used in a defensive manner into an offensive technique. As the user begins their rotation, they will focus upon the edges of the Kaiten, creating a multitude of strands that ride upon the edges of the Kaiten. These strands, which cover the entire surface of the Kaiten, are razor sharp and are capable of cutting through stone. The range of the Kaiten does not increase, meaning that in order to attack an opponent, they must get caught within the expansion of the chakra. Limit: Must have Daiharichakra. Must have Daikaiten. Must be a member of the Hyuuga Main Family, and must learn in the Hyuuga Mansion dojo.
* Hyuuga Claw of Judgment Rank: A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to spread their fingers apart to attack more efficiently, but with slightly reduced damage. Special: none Drawback: Because you need to spread you concentration out over the technique, it takes your usual B rank Daiharichakra, and reduces it to being only worth C rank damage per needle. Description: Through years of training in the art of Jyuuken, the Hyuuga family member learns to change the way in which they use their charka needles. Now, instead of creating one single needle on their fingers they user to strike at single chakra points, they learn to spread their fingers out, and create a needle on each finger. One must know how to make the B rank Daiharichakra (B rank needle), because when they do this, their concentration splits making only the C rank version of the needle technique be able to form on each finger (and thumb). With these 5 needles they are able to strike more efficiently strike more chakra points with each hand motion. Effectively reducing the amount of total arm thrusts they need for the palms techniques, and just overall allowing them to spread damage further over a wider area on the body. Limit: must have at least 500 tp in Jyuuken, know all the chakra points, and must know Daiharichakra. Must ask permission from Kinz to learn.
* Byakugan Piercing, Judgment Training Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Changes the effect of the “Byakugan Piercing” technique, and instead of an arc like effect, it changes it to a cone effect. Everything else basically stays the same. Special: 2 added handseals onto the Byakugan Piercing technique. Drawback: Taxes the chakra system more, strengthening the drawbacks of the Byakugan pierce technique to the extent of only being allowed to do D rank techniques until they are treated. Adds a post to the amount they need to be treated with the muscle relaxer technique. Description: By expanding their knowledge of the Byakugan pierce technique, the user is now able to produce an effect that covers a much larger area. Instead of the arch which the original technique produces, the user is now able to turn the shape of the attack into a cone. This will cover the exact same dimensions as the original technique, but fills in the above and below gaps. (think of basically a wall, instead of a line). Limit: Must know Byakugan Piercing, Must ask permission from Kinz.
* Gentle Extension Rank: A Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Allows the user to create a bursting like effect behind the needles they form on their tenketsu. This allows them to “release” the odd chakra needle while maintaining its form for a short distance. Special: None Drawback: When the distance increases, it becomes more difficult without higher levels of the byakugan to actually hit the users tenketsu Description: With the initial training, the user is able to add an extra amount of chakra behind each chakra needle they create. Then they are able to make their normal jyuuken strike, and with the momentum from the strike are able to propel their needle forward further, actually allowing it to leave the hand for a short distance. The needle will fly forward a maximum of 10 meters from the initial stopping point of the users original attack. With each A rank training after this, the user may add 10 meters to the distance that they may allow this to go. The needle will stop when it hits anything. The only way this can effect an opponent is if it hits one of their Tenketsu, making it less and less effective as the range between opponent and user increases. The opponent must be within your byakugan range to be able to have a chance of hitting their tenketsu. Limit: Must know Hyuuga Claw of Judgment, and Needle Chakra Release.
* Hakke Hazan Hōgeki (Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Bombardment) Rank: "S" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: User strikes the enemy's vital area while discharging his chakra within the enemy's body until it bursts from the back in the form of a small thin beam that rapidly enlarges into a massive mountain-destroying wave of chakra. Special: --- Drawback: Depending on what class level the user is depends on how far the wave of chakra may go. Description: A more advanced form of Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher). With this technique the user hits an opponent on a vital area such as the heart while performing Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher). However the user pushes more chakra then before as the technique is shot through the opponent, and out of the opponent's back as it quickly enlarges into a massive wave of destructive chakra. An opponent must be hit in order for this technique to work. This technique is launched out in a massive cone effect capable of shattering rock and all kinds of rocks even created or formed by chakra. o Difficulty Class D – Ten Meters o Difficulty Class C – Twenty Meters o Difficulty Class B – Thirty Meters o Difficulty Class A – Forty Meters o Difficulty Class S – Fifty Meters
Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must know Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher)
Master Techniques
* Hakke: Sanbyaku Rokujuisshiki Rank: S Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user strikes and seals all three hundred sixty-one tenketsu on the opponent’s body. Special: -- Drawback: Requires twenty-four movements to perform. Can only strike foes in the Hakke. They then seal four, then eight, and so on until three-hundred sixty tenketsu have been sealed. The user will then strike the last tenketsu, sealing off all chakra flow in the opponent’s body and killing the opponent. The only way to reopen the tenketsu, should the user somehow escape the complete technique, is through medical treatment or having them unsealed by a Jyuuken user or by an intense rush of chakra, like the Gates. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know Hakke: Hyakunijuuhashou, must know Hakkeshou: Nankan, must know Jyuuken Tenketsu A rank, must know Jyuuken Advanced Stance, Main House Only.
* Shugohakke: Shirokami (Eight Trigrams Protection: White God) Rank: S Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user pour protective chakra from every tenketsu in the body, shielding the user from damage entirely. Special: -- Drawback: Can only last for five seconds due to chakra drain. Distorts the view of the Hakke, or Divination Field, causing the user to lose the ability to perform Jyuuken for three posts. Leaves the user winded from chakra drain. Description: The user visualizes the Hakke, standing in the ying-yang. They quickly project themselves into the white side, creating a shield of chakra all around their body. This shield of pure chakra protects the user from sustaining any kind of injury for five seconds. Legend holds that not even a bjiuu could penetrate it, though this has yet to be tested. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga. Must know all Jyuuken techniques B rank and lower, must know Shugohakke: Rokujuuyonshou, must know know Hakke: Hyakunijuuhashou, Main House Only.
* Chakra no Eda (Limb of Chakra) Rank: S Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The user focuses the majority of their chakra into a strike, causing their opponent’s internal systems to rupture. Special: -- Drawback: Consumes 75% of the user’s chakra. Description: The user focuses three fourths of their chakra into a single limb, giving it a radiant blue glow. They then strike the opponent with it, releasing all of the chakra within it. The chakra rushes into the opponent, rupturing internal organs and breaking apart bodily systems. Limit: Must learn from a Jyuuken teacher or at the Hyuuga Mansion. Must be a Hyuuga.
* Buttohira no Kakou Jouten (Buddhist Palm Descending From Heaven) Rank: "S" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A palm thrust within the air that releases a burst of chakra, knocking an opponent into the ground, crushing the opponent by the sheer force. Special: --- Drawback: When first learned user is only able to perform this technique in the air downwards as the force of gravity is needed to help with the technique. If the user trains into this technique with an extra twenty training points then the user is able to perform this technique while on the ground. Description: The user takes the concept of Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm) and forms it into a new more deadly move. As a master of Jyuuken, the user's control with their inner chakra has become impeccable. Their strength becomes frightening. Imagine being hit by sheer force with an attack in which keeps an opponent still, while inflicting an immense amount of crushing power. This technique was first devised to be used in the air towards the ground against opponents standing on the ground. The user must find a way to achieve a height of over fifty meters in the air. While doing so the user becomes at peace with himself placing his hands together. Then the descend happens. Concentrating the chakra along the palm of their hands the user descends down head first. The user then extends his hitting arm over his head (towards the ground) using sheer force along with his own chakra. The force itself is to push down first keeping the opponent(s) to the ground, keeping them to where the opponent(s) may not move. If the opponent is a higher specialist (TaiJutsu Master against a TaiJutsu Specialist) and is one class higher then the user (A to B) the opponent(s) are able to avoid the attack. As the user finishes the attack they push their hand once more to the ground while continuing to descend. This attack has a range of fifteen meters in radius. Those who are within this range will be hit by the attack. As the attack finishes the opponent is crushed by the immense force as the attack leaves a massive imprint in the ground of the Buddhist Palm. If the user takes the time to train twenty more training points into the technique, the user is able to perform the technique while standing up. While standing (not falling) the basics stay the same as the opponent(s) are unable to move. Depending on the class of the user depends on the distance this technique may be forced while standing. o Difficulty Class D – Ten Meters o Difficulty Class C – Twenty Meters o Difficulty Class B – Thirty Meters o Difficulty Class A – Forty Meters o Difficulty Class S – Fifty Meters
Those who are hit by the attack while the user is standing are crushed by the force of the attack. Limit: Must know Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm), Must know Hakke: Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms), Must have mastered Jyuuken – The Gentle Fist
Hakke: Goyubi Hira Kibaku no Herutsu no Jutsu(Eight Trigams: Five Finger Palm Exploding Heart Technique) Rank: "S" Rank Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Blocks five tenketsu around the heart while rupturing veins or arteries around the heart, causing a build-up of chakra and profuse internal bleeding. Special: Must have the Byakugan activated. Drawback: The exact striking of points is required for the exact effect of the technique to occur. This technique can only be used with approval from Head Staff. Description: A powerful and deadly proficient Taijutsu strike. By first coating their fingers with the Daiharichakra, the user enters into close combat with the Byakugan activated. By striking five key tenketsu around the heart, which form a pentagon around the heart, with the Daiharichakra activated, the user both closes those five tenketsu as well as ruptures veins and arteries around the heart, causing immediate internal bleeding. With the five tenketsu points around the heart sealed, the chakra of the system has literally no place to travel, and thus almost instantly a great build-up of chakra occurs. The user will then strike the location of the heart with their palm, releasing Hakke Kusho with the strike. The trauma from the impact will cause the built-up chakra to immediately detonate within the heart, causing extreme rupturing and initiating a heart attack upon the spot. If the person does not receive high-level (B Rank or more) medical treatment within the first round of the technique being performed correctly, the individual will perish. Limit: Must be a member of the Hyuuga Clan. Main Family only. Must have Jyuuken Tenketsu "A" Rank, Daiharichakra, Hakke Kusho. Must have 500 TP within Jyuuken techniques.
