[clan logo]: On the right is the Main branch, left side is the middle branch. The Sansutomu clan's official insignia was first introduced in the earliest days of the clan's founding by the name dubbed "The One Who Mastered the Perfect Storm". The crest has no actual meaning or purpose other than identifying the Sansutomu amongst the rest of the clans.
Sansutomu members have some common physical characteristics but they are limited to hair color, skin complexion, and of course the eyes. In the mainstream sense with very rare occurrances, Sansutomu members have light brown hair, a tanned skin tone, and light, sky blue eyes. All members of the clan possess the ability to use their eyes in a special manner and thus change the appearances accordingly. In the first stage of their kekkei genkai, the pupils of a Sansutomu's eyes twist into a whirlpool fashion with a slow and constant motion. In the second stage the irises of the eyes develop random streaks of blue and white lines that somewhat resemble lightning. In the final stage the blood vessels along the temples and eyes swell as blue streaks.
When active, the Sansutomu's kekkei genkai allow the clan members to see the raw elemental natures of Wind, Water, and Lightning, including chakra, as thin ribbons and strings of light. Clan members can also recognize the presence of all three elemental in nature and know their locations. For example they could see the flow of water in an underground spring, the presence of electricity in the sky, and others as long as the range of vision isn't comprimised.
History:
The true origins of the Sansutomu clan are shrouded in mystery. All that their texts speak of is the "One Who Mastered the Perfect Storm", a legend of the first man to gain the terrifying eyes of the storm. The legend begins over three hundred years ago, with a boy who wished to control the terrible weather of his home. Ominous dark clouds under the power of harsh winds would tear at the homes of the village villa, now lost in the annuls of time, with lightning burning everything in its path and rains drowning those who could not stand in the wind.
The boy, whose name is only remembered as Aeolus, or the Storm Master, spent his life watching these destructive storms pass over every year, devestating his home and killing his people. One day he decided that he would stop the storms no matter the cost. When he was old enough, he left the villa and its safety, venturing out to the ocean where these storms came from. Ten years later, the boy returned as a man, but no longer the way the villagers remembered him.
He was darker now, eyes blue hued, and confidence radiated about himself. Aeolus told the villagers that he had learned how to control the storms and would forever keep them at bay. Later in the year, the storm seasons came, and then the first sighting of the Storm Eye was recorded. At first, Aeolus's eyes changed, mirroring the actions of the approaching storm. Then the veins and arteries around his eyes and temples bulged and became the color of the seas and skies, contrasting with his new darker skin tones. He raises his hands to the sky and formed strange hand seals nobody had seen before...and the storm stopped. The rain let up, the lightning faded, and the winds died to a mere breeze. The villagers cheered and rejoiced, celebrating for three days and praising Aeolus for salvaging the village.
Aeolus never spoke of how he attained that power, but he did say that those of his bloodline would inherit the soul of the storms. From there be became the father of seven children, each of whom had the gift of Aeolus. They became known as the Children of the Three Storms. Over the years, all of the villagers gained the blood of the Storm Master as those who did not belong of the bloodline either died out or were ostracized from society. The people decided that such power needed true control, true mastery. So, the clan united inot moving from their home to a place where rain fell almost constantly, and their blood would protect a place that could shape their children, the Country of Rain. There, they willingly offered their power of the Hidden Rain and remained as a stable source of shinobi.

* Weathering Eye [ Fuukamanako.] Rank: "C" Skill: Doujutsu Effect: The user is able to see the elements of Water, Wind and lightning as strands of Chakra in their natural Line of Sight up to the range of thirty meters. The user can determine the differences between the three, see its flow, perceive its concentration and recognize disturbances within these elements. It also allows them to see people by the flow of Water and Lightning within them naturally, clearly discerning them from objects and tangible, corporeal bunshins. Finally, with activation of the doujutsu the user no longer has to activate the Suiton Kiero to utilize the clans techniques. [ Must still activate the remaining other two Kiero's to utlize techniques.] Special: Kekkai Genkai Drawback: Cannot pierce the flow of chakra in genjutsu, thus, genjutsu cannot be negated. Requires a negligible amount of chakra to activate and maintain. Description: The Kekkai Genkai manifests itself as being activated by a serious change to the eyes ; the users pupils turns an ocean blue, swirling like a whirlpool; the iris develops random blue-white lines that appear and disappear like lightning ; the whites of the eye start orbiting the iris and pupil, almost like clouds. Limits: Must be part of the Sansutomu Bloodlimit ; Must know Suiton, Fuuton and Raiton Kiero.

Finally, with activation of the doujutsu the user no longer has to activate any of the Kiero techniques to utilize the clans unique Ninjutsu techniques. Special: Kekkai Genkai Drawback: Cannot pierce the flow of chakra in genjutsu, thus, genjutsu cannot be negated. Requires a negligible amount of chakra to activate and maintain. With the hand seals completed the user can now use the suiton release in conjunction with both/or the Raiton and Fuuton releases to utilize the clans unique techniques. This is one of the most basic techniques taught to the novices of the clan as it is one of the first steps on embarking onto the path of the three storms. * Sutomu Keiro [ Storm Channeling. ] Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu / Supplementary Effect: After activating the Shuugoumanako, the user can now extend his own unique chakra through the three elements. This allows the user to create ninjutsu up to sixteen meters away from his line of sight. Unfortunately, this technique cannot be used in conjunction with the clans unique ninjutsu as the intense chakra control within both techniques make it all but impossible to initiate. Special: Adds 4 Hand Seals to techniques used in conjunction with this technique - Ox, Dog, Horse, Dragon. Drawback: Adds an additional "D" rank amount of chakra to the technique ; Cannot be used with techniques that require physical contact or require a physical part of the user to initiate [ Like a Katon: Goukakyuu No jutsu or Fuuton: Daitoppa.] Description: After the user activates their Shuugomanako, or higher, they are now able to use this technique in conjunction with a Suiton, Raiton or Fuuton technique to move the initiating point, or spawning point, of said technique up to sixteen meters away. * Joukyuu Sutomu Keiro [ Advanced Storm Channeling. ] Rank: "A" Skill: Ninjutsu / Supplementary Effect: After activating the Sutomumanako, the user can now extend his own unique chakra through the three elements. This allows the user to create ninjutsu up to thirty meters away from his line of sight. Unfortunately, this technique cannot be used in conjunction with the clans unique ninjutsu as the intense chakra control within both techniques make it all but impossible to initiate. Special: Requires Sutomumanako ; Adds 6 Hand Seals to techniques used in conjunction with this technique - Ox, Dog, Horse, Dragon, Bird, Dragon. Drawback: Description: After the user activates their Shuugomanako, or higher, they are now able to use this technique in conjunction with a Suiton, Raiton or Fuuton technique to move the initiating point, or spawning point, of said technique up to sixteen meters away. * Shoissuiboru [ Shocking Water Globe ] Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates both Lightning and Water to form an electrically charged sphere of water within their hands. This sphere is eight inches in diameter and can be thrown a distance of up to twenty meters. Once the orb is thrown [ Single or double handed.] , thrust into a target and reaches its target or is blocked in anyway, It will explode causing a C-rank rank amount of damage from the concussive force of the exploding water and the subsequent electrical shock. Drawback: -- Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user forms a sphere of electrically charged water in their hands. From their the user can either thrusts or throws the orb to its intended target. Once reaching the target, or once impeded, the orb will explode with a small amount of concussive force and a minor electrical burst. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Bloodlimit; Requires Suiton and Raiton releases; Requires Suiton Keiro; Requires Raiton Keiro.
* Ame Kabe [Rain Wall] Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates both wind and Water to form a thick mist-like wall of water and swirling gale force winds. This wall can block up to one C-rank ninjutsu or taijutsu before dissipating. It can also block most, if not all, D-rank physical substance attacks [ Kunai, Shuriken e.t.c] However, this wall cannot block any ninjutsu utilizing the Raiton release as they pass right through. This wall is ten meters by ten meters. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: -- Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user forms a thick mist-like wall of swirling water and gale force winds. This wall stands tall and resolute, a testament to the immovable stoic nature of the Sansutomu blood limit. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit; Requires Suiton and Fuuton releases; Requires the use of Fuukamanako or greater; Requires Suiton Keiro; Requires Fuuton Keiro;
* Tsuppari Kaze Mori [ Thrusting wind Lance ] Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates both Wind and Lightning to form a lance made of swirling, cutting winds. Within the tip of the lance lies a small orb of electricity to provide a potent shock to anyone impaled by the lance. If struck by the lance the target will incur a C-rank amount of damage from the slashing winds and subsequent electrical shock. The lance is four meters long. For every rank above "D" the user is they may summon an additional two lances for an extra "E" rank of chakra for each lance. Drawback: -- Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user forms a deadly lance made of swirling, cutting winds. Within the lance's head lies a small, but potent, orb of electricity that will burst upon impact with a target. Thus, when struck the target will be injured by the slashing power of the wind within the lance, as well as the electrical shock that lies within the point. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Bloodlimit; Requires Fuuton and Raiton releases; Requires Fuuton Keiro; Requires Raiton Keiro.
* Kumo: Yobidasu[ Cloud: Summoning ] Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates both Wind and Water to create clouds within the air. Starting with the ability to create two clouds the user can undergo additional D-rank training to create two more additional clouds with each training up to a maximum of ten clouds. These clouds can be used as steps or platforms by utilizing the same chakra as one would use to walk on water. Drawback: Can only be summoned in a twenty meter radius. Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user forms a cumulus or cumulonimbus cloud. They form these clouds by manipulating air containing water vapor to move to a higher altitude where the air pressure is lower, thus, causing the water vapor to cool and expand into many tiny water droplets which form the cloud. These clouds can be used as steps or platforms by the user [ Or any other user after creation.] simply by utilizing their chakra exactly as they would to walk on water. These clouds are 3 meters in width, length and 1.5 meters in height. These clouds last for a total of five rounds due to the unstable nature of their creation. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Bloodlimit; Requires Fuuton and Suiton releases; Requires Fuuton Keiro; Requires Suiton Keiro.
o Kumo: Yatai[ Cloud: Float ] Rank: "C" Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu Effect: Increasing their mastery of Kumo: Yobidasu the user can now step on to one of the clouds and use it as a platform to ride around through the air on. Drawback: Additional minor chakra drain. Description: An increasing mastery of the Kumo: Yobidasu technique allows the user to actually step onto one of the clouds and use it as a platform to soar through the air. This cloud however, can only travel ten meters per second at a maximum. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Bloodlimit; Requires Fuuton and Suiton releases; Requires Fuuton Keiro; Requires Suiton Keiro ; Requires Kumo: Yobidasu
o Kumo: Hadou[ Cloud: Hadou ] Rank: "B" Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu Effect: Achieving the final mastery of the Kumo series of techniques, any of the users clouds, summoned through the Yobidasu technique can now discharge lightning. This lightning will focus on any target the user wishes and will inflict a D-rank amount of damage. These clouds will only last for two rounds to their unstable nature. Also, these clouds are filled with a small pocket of chakra inside. This allows them to utilize the users raiton abilities, however, if targeted and damaged it will cause the cloud to dissipate. These clouds can also only move up to four meters per second. Drawback: Cannot use any Sansutomu ninjutsu or Sutokuntou taijutsu. Description: Utilizing this final mastery the user turns their summoned clouds an ominous dark-green. Now, these clouds can be used to target any foe the user wishes with a discharge of minor lightning. Whirling about the user's head these clouds provide a dark and ominous sign of the power of the Sansutomu clan's power. Limits: Requires two hundred and fifty training points in Raiton, Fuuton and Suiton releases; Requires Fuuton Keiro; Requires Suiton Keiro ; Requires Raiton Keiro Requires Kumo: Yobidasu ; Requires Kumo: Yatai ; Requires Sutomumanako
* Atsuen Raikou [Rolling Lightning] Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates both Raiton and Fuuton releases to form a burst of lightning and cutting wind that radiates out from the user in the form of a sphere. This technique has a range of fifteen meters. Causes a B-rank amount of damage should an opponent be caught within it. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: Every use after the first usage in a battle causes minor electrical burns to the users hands. Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user pushes their chakra forth in the form of a radiating sphere of shocking lightning and rending winds that will damage any foes careless enough to be caught in the radius. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit; Requires Raiton and Fuuton Releases; Requires Raiton Keiro; Requires Fuuton Keiro; requires Shuugoumanako
* Sutomu Bunshin no Jutsu [Storm Clone] Rank: "A" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates all three elemental releases to form a tangible, corporeal clone comprised of a body made of water ; A shield of wind [ Similar to a less powerful version of Fuuton: Chibikazebenso] ; and its mere touch causes an electrical shock [ C-rank electrical damage.]. This clone may also use techniques from one elemental release that the user may choose [ Must be chosen from suiton, Raiton or Fuuton.]. Once the clone has been destroyed [ Can Take a B-rank amount of damage.] it will explode causing a B-rank amount of damage in a ten meter radius that consists of a mixture of concussive force from the water ; Severing Wind cutters ; and a surge of electricity. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: Technique may only be used once per thread and can only create one clone ; User is susceptible to the explosion if caught in the blast radius. Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user utilizes all three elements and forms a tangible, corporeal bunshin. This bunshin incorporates an aspect of all three elements giving it substantial offensive and defensive powers. Yet, its true power is revealed once the clone has been vanquished as upon such, it will explode in a mighty surge of elemental forces that will be sure to wound any enemy of the Sansutomu user. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit; Requires Lightning, Water and Wind Release; Requires Sutomumanako; Requires Joukyuu Sutomu Keiro;
* Raikoukei [Lightning Whip] Rank: "A" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Using their Kekkai Genkai abilities the user manipulates all three elemental releases to create a whip made of swirling currents of air. Within this construct lies a thin vein of water in the center, partially charged with electricity from the users chakra. The whip can be used as a slashing, bludgeoning or crushing weapon, while, any contact with the whip will send a powerful electrical surge into the target. This whip lasts for a total of five rounds. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: -- Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user form a mass of swirling winds, condensing them into the form of a whip. Within this whip lies a small vein of electrically charged water, that, at the user command, can send a powerful electric surge into any caught by the whips touch. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit; Requires Suiton, Raiton and Fuuton Releases; Requires Sutomumanako; Requires Suiton, Fuuton and Raiton Keiro
* Kami Boufuu Tenchuu [ Storm gods Pillar ascending to Heaven.] Rank: "S" Skill: Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu Effect: Utilizing the Sutomumanako and their unique Kekkei Genkai capabilities the user manipulates all three releases to utilize one of the sansutomu clans most feared Kinjutsu. Once the hand seals are completed the user creates an electrical windstorm up to twenty meters away, with a radius of twenty meters. If caught in this windstorm the user suffers an A-rank amount of damage from the slashing winds and shocking electricity. This is only the first stage of the technique,however. Once the opponent is paralyzed [ Or whenever the user chooses.] The user may unleash the final part by forming the tiger hand seal, once done a tremendous geyser of water will shoot from the earth and hit the user with tremendous concussive force [ A-rank damage.] Drawback: Drains fifty-percent of the users chakra ; User may no longer use any Sansutomu ninjutsu for the rest of the thread ; All Suiton, Fuuton and Raiton techniques now require an extra rank of chakra to use. [ "C" becomes "B" , "A" becomes "S" Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user forms a wind storm charged with electricity in the midst of his opponents. This storm shreds, shocks and paralyzes the opponent. Then, once the user forms the tiger hand seal a colossal geyser erupts from the ground, striking the opponent with tremendous force and sends them crashing into the skies, their broken bodies shattered and incapable of stopping their descent from heaven. Limits: Requires Sansutomu Blood Limit; Requires Raiton, Suiton and Fuuton Releases; Requires Joukyuu Sutomu Keiro; Requires Fuuton, Suiton and Raiton Keiro; Requires Sutomumanako; Requires five hundred Tp in Suiton Release ; Requires two hundred and fifty Tp in both Fuuton and Raiton release.
* Sansutomu [Three Storms] Rank: "S" Skill: Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu Effect: Utilizing the Sutomumanako and their unique Kekkei Genkai capabilities the user manipulates all three releases to form a monolithic storm of tremendous proportions. This storm extends in a Thirty five kilometer radius from the user. Anything caught within this radius is susceptible to gale-force winds [ 200km/h.], a barrage of pelting rain, and any of a multitude of tremendous lightning strikes that surge from the storm clouds above. Special: Hand Seals Drawback: Seals the users Sutomumanako causing Manako-Shingai instantly after usage. No other techniques may be used while this is in effect. Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai the user pours massive amounts of chakra into the air causing a massive low pressure center surrounded by a huge amount of high pressure. This causes a gargantuan chakra powered storm that is evident by the ebony clouds that soon form and plot out any sunlight in the sky. Soon a barrage of pelting rain forms, followed by the shriek of gale-force winds which are punctuated by the tempestuous wrath of crashing lightning that attempts to rend any opponents who face down the user. This is the most powerful and dangerous technique within the Sansutomu arsenal and is truly a physical manifestation of their true might.
