Description:
The Kazeraikou clan is originated in Kumogakure no Sato and worked as ninjas for a very long time. Some might even say that they have been there since the origin of the village itself. Their reputation is not very famous: they are barely known in Kaminari and few shinobis from other countries have heard about them. Even if the clan has it origins in Kumogakure, you can now find members all across the continent.
Puppeteers and weapon craftsmen are not uncommon in this clan, but the most usual combination is ninjutsu and genjutsu or ninjutsu and taijutsu. They have a very high sense of moral, and there are almost no clan members that has becomed missing ninjas. When a new generation is borned, the new leader is chosen by a somewhat conservative process. The candidates for leader positions are the oldest son and daughter in each family in the clan (or the two oldest if a family has only girls for example). Then, the canditate that awakes their bloodlimit first will become the new leader. The average age is 6-7 years, but people who have managed to awake their bloodlimit when they were 5 is not too unusual. However, if the chosen canditate declines, is a bad person or is not a good ninja, the one that was the second first to awake their bloodlimit will become the new leader.
Many male members are either a bit on the aggressive side (but never violent) or more laid-back. Female members are usually a bit serious but can be seen with a smile on their face. Both genders can be quite direct, especially when it comes to missions and very important manners.
Personality-wise, many members are usually not too emotional and often have a somewhat sarcastic or slapstick form of humour. They are sometimes labeled as ‘nerds’ or ‘weirdos’, but they usually don’t care that much.
Most, if not all of the members are gifted in a certain area: crafting, painting, designing clothes, creating and/or playing music, writing, mathematics and chemistry are the most common ones. Nobody are sure why the members get these specific gifts, but members claims it is good genes that has been passed down from generations. They often use these gifts in battle: creative people can make strategies that are almost impossible to break while those who are good with numbers can calculate risks and accuracy in a precise manner. Craftsmen often makes unique puppets or weapons that almost nobody have seen before. Children are often encouraged to do their best, especially when they are in the academy and in their Genin years. Most members know what their strenghts and weaknesses are, and try to find out how to work them out.
Women and men has equal rights in the clan: it is not uncommon that females are seen as the boss in the house and both female and male clan leaders have been recorded trough the clans history. But since the clan is a ninja clan, you will probably not see a woman or a man from that clan wear unpractical clothing or shoes. Very few members from this clan are considered as high-maintainance, and they rarely carry any heavy or big weapons like zanbatos. Still, the women and men usually dress with a sense of masculinity or femininity: many woman have pierced ears and most men prefer to use button-up shirts and ties for formal events. Both genders make sure that their skin, hair and clothes are clean unless they are on high risk missions that does not give them the time to do so. Their clothes are usually quite practical in a sense: trousers and sweaters are not an unusual combination and many wear their hitai-ate around their forehead or neck.
Colours on clothes might vary, but many wear dark colours like black or brown with small details in bright colours like yellow and pink. They usually rely on their skills, teamwork and strategy in order to win their battles, which is why they try to develop both observance and physical skills. The physical strenghts might vary with their personal physique and gender.
Kazeraikous can come in all shapes, but there are no extremely tall or short members. The males are usually average height and slender or a bit taller than average and a bit broad. Females can be small and slender, taller and a little bulkier or have an average frame. Both genders tends to have straight and wild or somewhat wavy hair and the shades are ranging from medium brown to blue-black. Reddish hairtones like ginger and auburn are not unusual. Not many people have blonde shades or light brown hair, and if they do, it is usually from the other parent.
Their eyes can vary from crystal blue to light brown, but blue, blue-gray or blue-green shades are most common. Skin is usually beige or tanned and often has a cool undertone. Pale skin is not uncommon, especially if he person has reddish hair. Both men and women have clear, sharp facial features such as high cheekbones and a somewhat pointed chin. Some quirks that can bee seen on both men and women are long (and sometimes narrow) feet, long arms and sometimes bony fingers.
History:
For about 116 years ago, a boy named Kentaro Kazeraikou was born within the Kazeraikou clan. The clan had been in Kumogakure for ages, and was known for their mathematic or artistic skill (it depended a bit on what member on the clan you spoke to). Kentaro was the second oldest of five children: her mother got a son when he was three and a pair of twin girls when he was six. However, little did the children know what would happen...
When the little boy had turned 7 years old, there was a massive storm in Kumogakure: in fact, it has been recorded as one of the worst storms in the village’s history. The five children played outside when the sky suddenly turned gray. They knew that it would be bad weather soon, and they headed home as fast as their legs could carry. However, when they only had 100 meters left or something, a huge lightning struck the siblings. Luckily, a medic found them and brought them to a hospital.
For some weird reason, they had very few or no injuries: they only had a few minor burns. However, what they did not see was that the tension from the lightning had made changes in their DNA. Some people have later said that the bad storm was caused by a dragon that died, and that the siblings had been hit by a lightning that was a part of the dead dragon’s soul. That is only a legend...or is it? The only thing that was known for sure was that the lightning changed their genes in some way.
When the siblings grew up, they noticed that they had changed in some way. Kentaros baby brother somehow made two bulbs explode at once when he was angry on his mother. His twin sisters had made a radio go haywire when they read a funny story and Kentaro himself had noticed that he was able to dodge things thrown at him and such a lot quicker than before. Had this something to do with the lightning they had been hit?
However, the breakthrough came when his older sister had become a Gennin when she was 10 ½ . One day, her father wanted to teach her a rather basic Raiton jutsu. When she aimed it on a big, dead tree that was going to be chopped down anyways, she burned the tree down when the jutsu hit it! Her father also noticed that her eye color had changed from sapphire blue to sheer emerald when the jutsu had been launched, and brought her and her siblings to a medic.
The medic says that this ‘injury’ seemed to be permanent, and there was nothing they could do about it. When the other four siblings graduated, they decided to find out how you could activate those green eyes. Their sister had told them that she felt stronger when they were activated, and this bloodlimit could be the start of a new chapter in the Kazeraikou family history. They decided to call it the ‘Ryuugan’, since dragons could control bad weather (i.e. lightning).
When they grew older, all the siblings except Kentaro moved to other countries. Kentaro stayed and got four children, who all inherited his bloodlimit. The most known of those four was his oldest son Keitaro, who was the one that found out many things about the bloodlimit and even invented some TaiJutsu.
Kentaros older sister moved to Yuki no Kuni, his baby brother went to Mizu no Kuni and his twin sisters went to Hi no Kuni and Ame no Kuni. All of them are dead now though. Still, they managed to pass on the bloodlimit to their children. There are still quite many Ryuugan users today...but not all of them know each other, since they are spread all over the continent.
Restrictions:
You have to be born a Kazeraikou and you must have visible features from the parent that is from the clan, preferably eye color, hair color and bodybuilding. You must also be better than average in math, art (music, painting, crafting and a many other things), writing or reading (that you could read fast in a young age). The bloodlimit is usually activated when the user learns how to read, but it takes about a year to master the activation.

Mastery
* Ryuugan mastery Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Kekkei genkai. Effect: Makes the user able to activate the Ryuugan without the use of a handseal and reduce the headache duration by 1/3. Special: --- Drawback: Activating the bloodlimit without the handseal costs a “D”-rank worth of more chakra. Must have 500 TP into the clans jutsus. Description: The reason why a Ryuugan user gets a headache after using bloodlimit jutsu is because it tires out the mind and senses (especially the sense of sight) a little bit. When a user has trained a lot into these techniques, those things will change a little. Their senses will grow less tired, which reduces the headache duration a little bit (i.e. a ninjutsu that gives a headache for 6 posts will only last for 4). Also, the user do not need to do the handseal in order to activate the bloodlimit anymore: if they use a tad bit extra chakra, the bloodlimit will activate itself without the handseal. Limit: Must have Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Automatically gained when you have 500 TP into the clan's ninjutsus.
Jutsus
* Ryuugan Activation. Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Activates the Ryuugan. Makes the users senses more sensitive. If someone for example is reading a letter 15 meters away, you will read it with ease. The vision range widens from 180 degrees to 210. You will also be able to use the Kazeraikou clans Eastern attacks. Jutsus based on lightning will be amplified, and the user can control very strong lightning NinJutsu with lower risks than those who do not have Ryuugan. Wind Jutsus might be easier to perform, depending how good you are to control chakra. GenJutsu and NinJutsu specialists should be able to do that. Special: Dragon Drawback: Takes a little chakra. Description: The user are now able to control small winds (change their direction, fly on them if they have an umbrella or a fan, make them weaker/stronger) and anything electric (but cannot control things/others jutsus with high power. Jounins or “B”-ranked shinobis can maximum control “C”-rank lightning jutsus, which is the max (not even an "A"-rank character can stop a "B"-ranked jutsu for example). That means that they can weaken the jutsu a tiny little bit, change direction a bit or slow it down so they can avoid it). Limit: Must be member of the Kazeraikou clan. Have to know Lightning release and how to read.
* Higashi jinrai (Thunderclap from east). Rank: “D” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Similar to Raikiyuu, but goes faster. Your aim will be a lot better thanks to better vision, and the attack will be stronger since Ryuugan amplifies lightning jutsus. Special: Dragon, bird, tiger and snake. Have to know lightning release. Drawback: Can give you a very light headache that lasts for 1-2 posts. It makes your aim slightly worse, but not much since the technique is “D”-ranked. Short-range technique. Description: A ball of electricity is formed in your right/left hand and is sent away. Unlike Raikiyuu you can move, but not much. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Lightning release.
* Shingai Ryuugan (Terrorizing eyes of the dragon). Rank: “D” Rank. Skill: Genjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Makes the users face to look so frightening that the enemy is scared. Special: Tiger and dragon. Drawback: Your eyes might ache slightly for one turn. Might not work if your opponent is not afraid of such things. Description: After doing the handseals, the users eyes turns really frightening. Those who see in them, will be terrified for two posts, depending on how courageous the person is. The victim might not be completely terrified, but less able to attack. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Must have figment perception.
* Seiryuus Eyes. Rank: Equals with rank (“D”-ranked: “D”, “C”-ranked: “C” and so goes on). Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: The user is able to see other things by manipulating electric forces. “D”-ranked shinobis can only controls things as lamps, cameras or radios. “C”-ranked shinobis can control telephones or small TV's while shinobis that are “B”-ranked and up can control computers and TV's. Special: Dragon, snake and dragon. Drawback: Your eyes cannot see anything that is more than 10 feet away from you. If someone for example turns off the lamp you are using, you will be blind for three posts. If you are “C”-ranked for example and tries to connect to a TV, you will be half-blind for two posts because the high amount of electricity. Description: You can make a 'third eye' by connecting your Ryuugan to something that is connected to a weak electric force. Long-range technique. The jutsu lasts for four posts each time. It is often used in espionage missions. The range and control of electricity will increase with difficulty class. “D”-ranked= 8-10 meters. Can connect to small devices like small-medium lamps, handheld gaming consoles, communication devices and similar items. “C”-ranked= 14-18 meters. Can connect to somewhat bigger devices like surveillance cameras, most lamps, telephones, VCRs and similar items. “B”-ranked= 20-25 meters. Can connect to more complex devices like small-medium televisions, computers, bigger refrigerators, all type of lamps and similar items. “A”-ranked= 25-30 meters. Can connect to very complicated devices like high-tech computers, big televisions, high-tech refrigerators and similar items. “S”-ranked= 30-35 meters. Can connect to extremely complicated devices like big plasma screens used for commercial and similar items. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Lightning release.
* Tenshou Yodan (Weather prediction). Rank: Equals with rank (D-rank: “D”, C-rank: “C” and so goes on). Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Predicts the oncoming weather in a certain radius with a certain amount of accuracy. Special: Dragon, snake and tiger. Drawback: Will give a headache a bit for two posts. If you are “B”-ranked or higher, it will ache for three posts. Have to hold the tiger seal. Can only ‘sense’ one thing at the time. Description: By concentrating on the sense of feeling, you can feel the tensions around you in the air to predict the weather around you. This is quite useful for Raiton and Fuuton users, and especially helpful for Suiton users. This means that you can sense either ‘air collisions’ (cold air meets warm air= winds), higher humidity (rain) or electric clouds colliding (lighting and/or thunder). “D”-ranked: 50% accuracy. Radius: 5 kilometers. “C”-ranked: 70% accuracy. Radius: 10 kilometers. “B”-ranked: 90% accuracy. Radius: 15 kilometers. “A”-ranked: 95% accuracy. Radius: 20 kilometers. “S”-ranked: 100% accuracy. Radius: 25 kilometers. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Needs to know either Wind, lightning and/or water release in order to sense the different type of tensions.
* Higashi Raikou Dageki (Eastern lightning strike). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: A thunderbolt is sent from the user’s hand. Special: Dragon, boar, monkey and dog. Have to know lightning release. Drawback: You might be hit instead if you get's too shocked over have made the lightning. Gives a light headache for 2-3 posts (like a light version of headache you get after watching too much TV). Is a bit annoying and your aim becomes a little of for two posts. The arm you used might turn numb. Description: A thunderbolt is sent from the users arm. Can grill a middle size tree or give humans burns. The lightning cans maximum go 10 meters. If you are a Gennin, it will go about six,5 meters, depending on how used you are to use the jutsu. It will be stronger than a normal thunderbolt. Since the lightning is stronger, you need Ryuugan to control it, or else you are aim will be too bad. Mid range. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Lightning release.
* Osore gufuu (Horror of the hurricane). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Genjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: The users activate the Ryuugan and make the victim think that a hurricane is blowing around them. Special: Dragon(if that is your birth year), dog, boar and snake. Drawback: If you do not hold the snake sign, the GenJutsu will lose its power. Only lasts for five posts. Description: The user activates the Ryuugan and makes their enemy think that a hurricane is blowing around them (they see houses and trees are ripped up), which makes them very afraid and maybe less likely to attack. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Must have pattern perception.
* Higashi boufuu (Eastern gale). Rank: Somewhat stronger than average “C” (needs 40 TP if you are “D”-ranked). Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Makes a gale with tiny electrical sparks. Special: Dragon, tiger, bird and your own birth year. Drawback: Must have good chakra control, and it makes your head ache for three posts. Your accuracy drops with almost 10%, and you need either an umbrella or a fan. Description: After doing the handseals, the user uses a fan or umbrella to make a small wind stream. Extra chakra is added for making tiny sparks that is barely visible, but each spark has the same effect as an "E"-"D" ranked Raiton jutsu. There are 10 sparks in it if your character is "D"-ranked, but it will increase with 5 sparks for each rank (so an "S"-ranked character will have 30 sparks). The gale itself is almost like a weaker version of Dai Kamatachi, only that the range is slightly shorter and it's a tad bit weaker (it can't chop down trees, but it can do damage do a bush that is 3 feet for example). The wind will last for two posts and has a range on 0-20 meters. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan and must have an umbrella or fan. Wind and lightning release.
* Kazeraikou united cyclon. Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: A cyclone made of lightning and wind is released. Special: The seals mimics the order of the birth years of your family. If your parents are born in year of the tiger, you are born in the year of the dragon and your two younger siblings are born bird and ox, it will be like this: Tiger, dragon, bird, ox and dragon. Drawback: Cyclone can backfire if your chakra control is lousy. The cyclone lasts for five posts. Gives a normal headache for 3-4 posts, which is quite annoying. Description: The user releases a spiraling wind with electrical sparks. If the enemies hand meets the sparks, they hand will be paralyzed for three posts. The sparks cannot paralyze anything bigger than an average-sized leg. Mid-long range, depending on difficulty class. “D”-rank= 7 meters. “C”-rank=8 meters. “B”-rank=10 meters. “A”-rank and up=12 meters. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Wind and lightning release.
* Raiton ha arashi (Lightning leaf storm). Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Makes a storm with electrical leaves. Special: Dragon, ram, tiger and snake. Drawback: The user will have a headache for three turns. Accuracy drops with 10%, and you need an umbrella or a fan. Description: After the seals are done, a storm will whip up and 18 small leaves will ‘emerge’ from the user’s body. These leaves are actually electric and made out of chakra. The storm is a tad bit weaker than the Dai Kamatachi. If a part of your body (i.e. an arm) is hit by three leaves, it will be paralyzed for a turn. Each leaf is about 3 inches long and 1 1/2 inch broad. The wind does not do much damage: it can make a small-medium deep cut in someone’s skin if it is not covered by something. The focus is on the paralyzation. The range is from 0-25 meters. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Wind and lightning release and Higashi boufuu. Need an umbrella or a fan (medium or large).
* Gufuu dageki (Hurricane striker). Rank: “A” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Sends out a hurricane full of lightning and thunderbolts from nowhere. Special: Dragon (if that is your birth year), boar, dog, monkey, bird and tiger. Have to know lightning release and be good in math, art or writing stories. Drawback: Takes a lot of your chakra. If you are not careful enough, you can lose control over the hurricane and you will end up with serious injuries. Can give the user a painful headache for 6-8 posts if he/she has a poor health and a normal headache for 5-6 posts if their health is good average. Aim is a bit off for four posts (average/good health) or five posts (poor health). The user cannot be more than 150 meters away. Description: After the user has yelled the jutsus name, he/she points at the enemy. The hurricane will appear instantly on the place the person pointed, and since it is controlled with chakra, the user can control its direction. When the enemy is caught in the hurricane, the electric shock will paralyze the foe for one post and will give them serious injury ( serious electric burns, paralyzation in a limb, etc.). The hurricane might blow them away and cause injuries in that excessively. The range is on 30 meters. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Wind and lightning release.
* Osore no tatsu (Fear of the dragon). Rank: “A” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: A lot of rain and lightning released. Special: Dragon, boar, dog, monkey, snake and ram. Drawback: Can give the user a painful headache for 6-8 posts if he/she has a poor health and a normal headache for 5-6 posts if their health is good-average. Aim is a bit off for four posts (average/good health) or five posts (poor health). Cannot use any suiton or raiton jutsus for 1 turn or post. Good chakra control is necessary, or else you will hit a friend or ally. Description: When the handseals are finished, the user raises a hand towards the air. Clouds will begin to gather, and a heavy rainfall will begin. Lightning will start to fly across the sky only seconds after the first raindrops have fallen to earth, and the storm will begin at the same time as the lightning. The rainfall can be quite heavy (i.e. it can make a person dressed in sweatpants and T-shirt soaked in 35 seconds) and the lightning can give a person nasty burns or in worst case partial paralyzation. The rain can make it harder to fight (especially for Katon users), and the water leads electricity. The jutsu can also make it a lot harder for weapon specialists (the rain will make it harder to see and the lightning can hit the metal). This jutsu discriminate between friend and foe, but requires good chakra control. Most NinJutsu GenJutsu specialists or masters as well as medics will have good enough chakra control to control this jutsu. Has same range as Gufuu dageki. Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Must know Gufuu dageki and Ochiru ame no jutsu.
* Seiryuu monsu-n (Seiryuu monsoon). Rank: “S” Rank. Skill: Ninjutsu/GenJutsu/bloodlimit jutsu. Effect: Will make a monsoon that is capable of doing immense damage. Special: Dragon, boar, dog, monkey, bird, rat, snake + the birth year of your parents (if they are born in the same year, it would only be one extra handseal instead of two). Drawback: When the jutsu has been executed, the user will get a headache that is so strong that he/she will be unconscious for four posts. After that, they will not be able to activate the Ryuugan for three more posts. If they do, they will faint again. In addition, the user cannot do a bloodlimit, raiton or fuuton jutsu for five posts. If they try, the jutsu will not work. If the user’s chakra control is not good enough, it is a high chance that the user will be killed. Description: When the user has done the handseals, he/she will raise their hands to form a triangle, the tips of their thumbs and index finger will touch. Then, it looks like the Seiryuu dives down at the user and creates an azure tennis ball-sized pearl in the triangle. The dragon is a genjutsu, but the pearl-like thing is not. When the user spreads their hands, a monsoon will be loose. It has the strength of a hurricane and contains lightning capable of burning trees if they hit (as most lightning). This jutsu has a range on 100 meters. Limit: Can only be taught by Marii Kino Kazeraikou. Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Has to know pattern perception, Lightning and wind release. Must know Shippuuntei and Higashi raikou dageki.

Ryuugan no ken (Fighting style of dragon eyes)
Breakdown and history:
The history starts for about 63 years ago. The two first people who had the Ryuugan, Kentaro and Keitaro Kazeraikou, were both active taijutsu users. However, he didn't understood how to use it. Kentaro only knew that this power he had got only shortened his reaction span, and therefore created a reaction training to enchance it. The reason was that he had to be sure that the person who wanted to learn it could do it without hurting themselves in the process.
Keitaro was the one that learned how to use the bloodlimit to the fullest, even if he was only 10 when his father passed away. He had for a long time ago discovered that the Ryuugan gave him an advantage in battle, since it made the reactions much quicker than usual and made his vision range bigger.
When Keitaro was 25, he tried to make some taijutsus that only Ryuugan users could use, knowing that it later would be taijutsu users in his clan. He knew that his fighting style required very good reflexes and short reaction time, which was excellent advantages, no matter if your speciality was ninjutsu, genjutsu or taijutsu. Keitaro made some few, simple taijutsu moves that could be used by Ryuugan users, but failed to make advance ones because he had four kids to look out for, missions to attend, a wife to care for etc. Another reason was that nobody had properly teached him how the bloodlimit worked, so he had to find out a lot on his own. When he died, his children took the case in their own hands and made more advanced moves, each having their speciality. Then, all the jutsus were compiled and a fighting style was created. All “E”, “D” and “C” ranked jutsus can be learned by outsiders or people under 16, if not anything else is stated. All “B”, “A” and “S” ranked jutsus can only be learned within the clan to those who are over 16 (or 18 in some cases).
Training:
Those who are within the clan are encouraged to train without their bloodlimit activated and only use it when needed. Training of the reflexes and reactions are also important: everyone who wants to learn even the most basic moves needs good reactions and reflexes. It might be a bit harder for outsiders to learn, but they will get paid for it.
Rankings: None, really.
Masters:
All of these three people live in Kumogakure no Sato (Hidden village in the Clouds).
Takeshi Kazeraikou: He’s the oldest of the three. Takeshis moves focuses on brute strenght, and might be more suitable for people who’re bigger, stronger and/or heavier than average. He’s willing to learn to nearly anyone, but he won’t learn it to people who’re criminals, missing-nins, people who are enemies of Cloud and people who’ve hurted anyone important to him.
Hoshiko Kazeraikou: She’s the middle kid, and the only female in the group. Despite that Hoshiko is rather tall and strong, her moves are sly and quite suitable for girls. Her jutsus are meant for self-defence, and they can be used by everyone, no matter if they’re big or small. Like her older brother, she’s willing to learn to nearly anyone, but she won’t learn it to people who’re criminals, missing-nins, people who are enemies of Cloud and people who’ve hurted anyone important to her.
Masao Kazeraikou: The youngest of the three, and a weapon specialist. Masao is using weapons in different ways in his style, and his jutsus are suitable for everyone. The jutsus will have best effect if you’re a weapon specialist, but those who aren’t, are also capable of using them. Like his siblings, he’s willing to learn to nearly anyone, but he won’t learn it to people who’re criminals, missing-nins, people who are enemies of Cloud and people who’ve hurted anyone important to him.
Marii Kino Kazeraikou: Masaos daughter, who is a taijutsu non-specialist. Most of her jutsu are more advanced jutsus than the basic ones, and like her father, some of them requires weapons. Most of her jutsus are suited for everyone, while some are more suited for smaller persons. Like her relatives, she won't learn them away to criminals, missing-nin, people who are enemies of Cloud and people who have hurted anyone important to her.
Weapons: Masaos jutsus might require a sword, kunais and shurikens, but nothing else.
Kentaros jutsus are in white. Keitaros jutsus are in blue. Takeshis jutsus are in orange. Hoshikos jutsus are in purple. Masaos jutsus are in black. Mariis jutsus are in light green.
Reaction training. Rank: “C” (for those without the Ryuugan), somewhat stronger than “D” (for those who are in the clan. 15 TP’s). Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Trains up your reflexes. Drawback: None. Description: The reaction training makes your reflexes faster. Since those in the clan already has somewhat faster reaction than average (without an activated bloodlimit), they will pick it up faster. The training is basically that weapons are aimed on you in your vision range in order to make you dodge quicker. Those who are in the clan, has to train without their bloodlimit activated. Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou.
Ryuu stance. Rank: “E” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: In this stance, the person is able to use the Kazeraikou fighting style. Drawback: None. Description: This is a basic stance. The persons legs are about 60 centimeters apart. The left hand is placed at the belt and the right one is placed in front of you. The left arm is knitted into a fist while the right one is open. The legs are slightly bent. Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou.
Sunappu shippo (Snappy tail). Rank: “D” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: A snap kick that might hurt the enemys hand a little. Drawback: You can get your foot injured if it scrapes against the sharp side of a weapon. If your enemy gets a hold on your leg, you’ll be in a pickle. Description: If your enemy is using a weapon and you concentrates your senses correctly, you can kick the weapon out of the enemys arms with a snap kick (or at least hurt their hand a little). The height of the kick is decided by the user. Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. Must know Ryuu stance.
Yurasu shippo (Swing tail). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: A swing kick that might hurt the enemys hand a little. Drawback: You can get your foot injured if it scrapes against the sharp side of a weapon. If your enemy gets a hold on your leg, you’ll be in a pickle. Description: A more advanced version of Sunappu shippo. This kick is a swing kick, and to execute it, you have to lift your foot higher and more on the side than Sunappu shippo. This kick has a longer range, and if it’s high enough, it might kick your enemy in their head. Middle kick are effective against swords or if the enemy grabs you from the side. Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. Must know Ryuu stance.
Ketatamashii yoko kikku (Piercing side kick). Rank: “C”-“A” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: A piercing side kick. Drawback: If you don’t focus enough and hits with the wrong side of the foot, you can get quite severe damage. Won’t work if you don’t have enough speed. Description: If the enemy uses any wood weapon, you can use a fast sidekick to break the weapon. “C”-rank: Can break 1 normal plank. “B”-rank: Can break 2 normal planks. “A”-rank: Can break 3 normal planks. Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. Only taijutsu specialists or masters can learn the “B” and “A” ranked version. Must know Ryuu stance.
Nibai sunappu shippo (Double snappy tail). Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Same as Ryuu sunappu shippo, only that you uses the both legs. Drawback: You can get your foot injured if it scrapes against the sharp side of a weapon. You can also twist your ankle if your not careful. If your enemy gets a hold on one of your legs, you’ll be in a pickle. Since you’re using both legs, you can only kick as high as you can jump. Description: If your enemy is using a weapon and you concentrates your senses correctly, you can kick the weapon out of the enemys arms (or at least hurt their hand a little). Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. If you can’t jump very high or/and isn’t very tall, you probably need the Torihoto as well. Must know Ryuu stance.
Hebi fukku (Snake hook). Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: You use your hand to perform a bone-crushing hook. Drawback: The muscles in your hand gets a bit strained. If you don’t hit with the two first knuckles on your hand, you might get serious damage. Description: If your enemy tries to hit you with a sword or something similar, you hooks your arm like a striking snake to hit his/her face. The attack is strong enough to break an adults ribs with nearly no problems. Limit: Can only be learned from Takeshi Kazeraikou. User has to be at least 18 years old (development of skeleton and muscles) and must know Ryuu stance.
Nibai sentou (Double punch). Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: When you get close enough, you throw a quick and sharp punch in their stomack with both hands. Drawback: You have to be careful when coming up close; your enemy might kick or toss you away. Need both hands. If you enemy grabs your hand and you don’t have a backup plan, you’re in trouble. Might injure knuckles if you hit on a hard place, especially if you don’t hit with the two first ones. Description: If the enemy is holding you or if you get a bit to close for your own liking in a battle, you deliver a sharp punch with both of your hands to their stomack. If you aim a bit higher, you might hit the solar plexus and get some time to get away. Its said that this punch can easily break ribs. Limit: Can only be learned from Takeshi Kazeraikou. User has to be at least 18 years old (development of skeleton and muscles). Has to know Hebi fukku and Ryuu stance.
Nibai raiton sentou (Double thunder punch). Rank: “A” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Listed in description. Drawback: You have to be careful when coming up close; your enemy might kick or toss you away. Your hand can suffer a severe burns, which make the user incapable of moving hands or fingers for 5 turns. Can crush or break one or more knuckles if you’re not careful, and the user will be unable to use their fingers for 2 turns. Need both hands. If you enemy grabs your hand and you don’t have a backup plan, you’re in trouble. Might injure knuckles if you hit on a hard place. Description: If the enemy is holding you or if you get a bit to close for your own liking in a battle, you concentrate chakra in your fists and turn it into a layer of electricity. Then, you deliver a sharp punch with both of your hands to their stomack with both hands. If you aim a bit higher, you might hit the solar plexus and get some time to get away. These punches are strong enough to break an adults arm with ease, and can cause serious burns because of the lightning damage. Limit: Can only be learned from Takeshi Kazeraikou. User has to be at least 18 years old (development of skeleton and muscles). Has to know Nibai ryuu sentou, and must know lightning release and Ryuu stance.
Ryuu nuranura eda (Dragons slippery limb). Rank: “D” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: The users arm or leg ‘snakes’ around the enemies to hit them. Drawback: If you’re not fast enough, the attack might be dodged. If the enemy get’s a grab on your hand, you might be in trouble. Limit:Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou. Must know Ryuu stance.
Yuki fusenmei (Snow blur). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Dodges attacks like a falling snowflake. Drawback: You need good balance, and your senses has to be in top condition. Not all weapons will be avoided, but most. Description: When the enemy attacks you, use your senses to dodge the attack like a falling snowflake (spin on your foot while ducking and such). Not all weapons will be dodged, but a good bit of them will not hit you. Limit: Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou. Must have finished the reaction training and must know Ryuu stance.
Dokuro panpan (Skull slapper). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: If an enemy tries to choke you or hold you from the front, you slap their skull with both hands to get loose. Drawback: You have to think fast. If you’ve got shorter arms than the enemy, the attack won’t work at all. Description: If an enemy chokes you or hold you from the front, you concentrates a bit chakra in your palms and slaps both sides of their skull with your arms. The attack leaves the enemy a bit dazed for some seconds, which give you a chance to get away. Limit: Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou (this move is her most useful signature move).
Cho-kingu hazure (Choking failure). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: If an enemy is holding you in a chokergrip from behind, you use the lever (sp?) principle to bring them down. Drawback: Won’t work if you don’t react quickly. If you have short arms, the attack won’t work at all. If not executed correctly, you might be pulled down as well. Risky to use on slippery surfaces. Description: If an enemy holds you in a chokergrip, you sit down in a prayer-like position. Lets say that the enemy attack you from the left. You grab the enemy on the backside of their knee with your right hand while bringing the left one up their back towards their face. Then, you stand up in a fast motion while lifting your right arm and pushing the left one down, which cause the enemy to fall down. Limit: Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou.
Kurenai hinode (Bloodred sunrise). Rank: “D” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Listed in description. Drawback: Will be useless if you don’t have a light source. Description: You position yourself in front of a light source (i.e. bonfire, sunlight, lamp light, a sunrise or sunset), and toss the weapons in a fast succession. Since the light blindes the enemy, the weapons will hit them easier. Limit: Can only be learned from Masao Kazeraikou.
Nishi nagareboshi (Shooting stars from west). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: You throw shuriken in a very fast succession from above or ground level. Drawback: Best effect if done from above. If done from ground level, you need to be quite quick. Must have finished reaction training, can cause a slight strain on the hands for 2-3 posts. Description: You throw your shurikens in a very fast succession. If your Ryuugan is activated, you should be able to tell where the enemy is moving. The attack might hurt a bit more than tossing shurikens in the normal way, since you throw them much faster than usual. Limit: Can only be learned from Masao Kazeraikou. Must have finished reaction training and must know Ryuu stance.
Odorokubeki yaiba (Surprising blade). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: You surprise your enemy by blocking an attack outside normal vision range. Drawback: Will have most effect if your enemy haven’t seen you activate the Ryuugan. If the enemy also have knowledge about the bloodlimit, the attack will lose the surprise part. Leave you open for a few seconds. Description: You turn your back to the enemy and activate the Ryuugan, which gives you a 210 degrees vision instead of the normal 180 degrees vision. The enemy tries to attack you from behind, and as soon he or she are in your vision range, you block them by using a sword or a kunai. This might surprise the enemy, since they thinks that you only can see 180 degrees. The surprise part leaves the enemy open for a few seconds. Limit: Can only be learned from Masao Kazeraikou. Requires a sword of any kind or a kunai. Must have finished reaction training and has to know Ryuu stance.
Nishi kibaku nagareboshi (Exploding shooting stars from west). Rank: “B” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: You throw shuriken in a very fast succession from above or ground level. Then, you activate exploding notes you’ve attached on the shurikens. Drawback: Best effect if done from above. If done from ground level, you need to be quite quick. Must have finished reaction training, can cause a medium strain on the hands for 4 posts. Description: You throw your shurikens in a very fast succession. If your Ryuugan is activated, you should be able to tell where the enemy is moving. The attack might hurt a lot more than tossing shurikens in the normal way (if it hits), since you throw them much faster and exploding notes are attached. Limit: Can only be learned from Masao Kazeraikou. Must know Nishi nagareborshi and Ryuu stance. Most effective for weapon specialists.
Bouseki shikaku (Spinning assassin). Rank: “A” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: You spin around in high speed and toss different types of weapons on your enemy while dodging his/her taijutsus. Drawback: You need many weapons to do it. The attack lasts for only 2 posts, and the user will become very dizzy for 2 posts, and it also makes the user queazy. Accuracy is reduced with 30% for 4 posts, and it’s a chance that you might get hit from behind. Description: You spin around very fast while throwing weapons in extremely high speed. If it’s done with the Ryuugan, you’ll have a bigger chance to hurt the enemy. Limit: Can only be learned from Masao Kazeraikou. Must know Nishi nagareboshi. Most effective for weapon specialists.
Fuyu suisei (Winter comet). Rank: “D” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Jumps and punches in order to get trough a guard. Drawback: Will only work on physical guards. User might be a bit vurnerable while mid-air. Description: The user jumps as high as he/she can. Then, he/she punches as fast as possible in order to get trough a guard. An alternative to a punch can be a weapon (i.e. kunai or any type of sword). You need quick reactions for this in order to hit fast and possibly block a counter. Limit:Can only be learned from Marii Kino Kazeraikou. Must have finished reaction training.
Kame kassha (Turtle block). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Uses arms and a knee to defend yourself. Drawback:If the enemy is a lot bigger than you, it might not work. You can also hurt your underarms or knee. Must have good balance. Description: In order to defend yourself towards incoming attacks, the user bends a little down and raises his/hers underarms and a knee in order to defend head, torso and a hip. This can block some weapon attacks and weak taijutsus. Limit:Can only be learned from Marii Kino Kazeraikou. Must have finished reaction training.
Tora tobikome (Tiger jump). Rank: “C” Rank. Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: Sends chakra to legs in order to jump quickly from surfaces. Drawback:Requires good chakra control and a somewhat good body control. If the surface is not solid (mud etc.) it will be much harder to jump. Description: The user gathers chakra in his/her feets and jump towards a surface (i.e. a wall). Then, he/she kicks from the wall and lands on the other in a somewhat graceful manner. It will almost look like the user is a spider that’s jumping from wall to wall. Limit:Can only be learned from Marii Kino Kazeraikou. Must have finished reaction training.
Tori jiten (Bird spin). Rank: “C” Rank + 10 TP’s (40 TP in total if you’re “D”-ranked). Skill: Taijutsu. Effect: The user does a 360 degree version of the Yarasu Shippo. Drawback: Vurnerable while spinning. Must have good balance. Might be injured if the landing is bad. Description: The user first does a normal Yarasu Shippo. But instead of returning the foot to the start, the user puts it down. Then, he/she spins on it and does a new Yarasu Shippo. If not stopped, the jutsu can be done again and again until the user is so dizzy that they can’t stand upright. Limit:Can only be learned from Marii Kino Kazeraikou. Must have finished reaction training. Must know Yarasu Shippo.
