Description:
There are those that can manipulate their body structure; harnessing their body as a perfect tool. There are those whom can see forces hidden from view, then there are those whom can access a new power. A power created through the use of fusion; combining two elements in order to create a new more powerful element. Hyouton - Ice release, is one such element; found within the blood of a select few individuals. These men and women originated from Mizu no Kuni, scattered amongst the countryside. In terms of the personalities of these people, it was quite varied just like any other shinobi. One thing that can be certain is they didn't start out as Shinobi and the majority remained along the outskirts, prefering the simple life.
The two key jutsu for the Kaishin clan are the Water Creation jutsu and the Ice Creation jutsu. By creating the water through manipulation of molecules in the air (oxygen, hydrogen), water is formed. Through chakra, the Kaishin can manipulate the shape and form of the water, manipulating the substance around them at a higher control level than normal Suiton users. However the advanced control and even movement of the water is also due to the use of Wind Nature Manipulation. By using the wind, the water's shape and size can take on advanced shapes. Likewise the use of the wind element serves an additional purpose.
Through the use of the Wind nature along with the current water nature, the Kaishin forms their specialty; Hyouton. To do this, the wind nature is used to lower the temperature of water within a certain radius. Through time and training, a Kaishin can expand this radius; allowing for more access to resources and the flexibility with Suiton that flows through their body. It is for this reason the clansmen are often sought out by various military powers, especially within Mizu no Kuni. Despite the awesome power the clan posseses, it seems to have an effect on their body.
This is relevant for males of the Kaishin Clan, for their natural physique comes out quite effimenate. Thus males of the clan are often mistaken for women. Likewise, women of the clan turn out to be prettier than most; though as with anything else in nature this is not necessarily always the case.
History:
After the Great Shinobi Wars, Mizu no Kuni was in a state of turmoil. At the time, the island nation was home to several great clans. Each possessing awesome Kekkei Genkai, yet these clans and the power they controlled caused strife within the nation. Many normal citizens began to revolt against these clans causing Kirigakure to suffer. Many of the clans established themselves outside of the village at that time, yet one fairly normal clan managed to fall through the cracks. This clan was the Kaishin Clan. At the time of the war they were but normal ninja and the survivors wished not to participate in the conflict of the shinobi world. Kaishin Hizashi was the one known throughout the family's long history to do such, settling along the outskirts of Mizu no Kuni. Here he'd become a simple farmer, marrying a homeless woman and raising a small family.
As the years went by, the two would have lots of kids. They needed the help of many hands in order to run the farm. Twas actually a lucrative business at the time, causing the Kaishin family to expand their land more and more. In time the old life was long forgotten, only the new more settled life would prevail. Generations upon generations later, a phenomenn would occur. One of the Kaishin's had broken away from the family's business. They sought the road, becoming a wanderer and in time a monk. Throughout his spiritual journey, he learned the ways of Shinobi and discovered his nature to be strongly aligned towards Suiton.
Through training, he was then able to wield the Fuuton element. This did not result into the Hyouton element however. Rather the monk started a new section of the clan, one which was dedicated to the spiritual life and practiced Ninjutsu. Kaishin Yukina was the one who broke the newly established patern, seeking to further her Ninjutsu; she'd ultimately end up joining the ranks of Kirigakure. A Wind user by nature, Yukina was able to rise up the ranks and fell in love with another rebel Kaishin; Yuuki. The two would have children which would grow up within Kirigakure, until the Head of Kaishin found out.
The children were taken from the young couple and raised once more out in the countryside. It was thanks to these children that the heritage of Kaishin took an astonishing turn. When their own grandchildren were born, a girl and boy respectively; the birth of the bloodlimit occured. It happened in two different areas but the legends say both incidents occured within Mizu no Kuni. Out within the forest, the young male was hunting for meat. This boy was rather effeminate in nature and his physical stamina wasn't the best. Though like his forefather's before him; he was filled with courage and resolve. Providing for the family and thus ensuring the safe future of Kaishin to come. This was the clan's belief system and it came to the test when the boy came face to face with a bear.
Often times, when the human mind is wrapped in fear; following the do or die situation proves to be the only means. The boy panicked and thus the Hyouton Creation emerged. It came in the form of water emerging around him. This water was quickly cooled into ice, forming a prison to keep the Bear out and the boy safe inside. Though the boy did not mean the Bear direct harm, the resulting defense impaled the bear head on. The grotesque sight left the boy speechless but within the distance, a missing ninja witnessed the event. He conned the young boy into thinking he could never return home. He'd begin to travel the lands with the Missing Ninja. Under this ninja's tutelage; he'd proceed to learn how to control and harness the power of Hyouton.
In time the boy's sensei would be hunted down by ANBU Falcon, thus being slayed. The boy had no affiliation to Kirigakure thus he was free to continue with his life. Yet he decided to return with the ANBU in order to confront his family. He'd take on the head of the family, whom was steeped in greed due to the money they made. Assasinating him, Kaishin Yuusuke would take over and change the direction of the clan entirely. He'd force the clan to practice and learn the way of Shinobi. They'd establish a connection to Kirigakure so that they could rise up and gain more power in the world.
This rise to power occured over a seventeen year time span before the girl whom was seperated returned to the Clan's home as well. Seeing that Yuusuke was corrupt, Hikari would lead an internal revolt within the family in order to remove Yuusuke. The clan had intentionally tried to get away from the shinobi world and he lead them back to it. It resulted in changes to the clan, having them spread away from Mizu no Kuni, though the scattered remnants are few and far between. Many of which are wandering men and women, with little to knowledge of their heritage. For those that stayed within Mizu no Kuni, they don't necessarily advocate their members becoming shinobi but it's not restricted either.
The only thing the clan did provide was a safe haven for all Kaishin whom came to learn the techniques of the clan. A place to rediscover their heritage.

Bloodlimit Mastery
* Master of the Secret Arts of Water and Ice Rank: “S” Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Through rigorous training and profeciency in the Clan's techniques and Bloodlimit, a Kaishin member is able to perform the clan's techniques for a fraction of the chakra cost. Special: 25% less chakra is used for Kaishin Techniques. Drawback: This ability cannot be combined with jutsu outside of the clan's own techniques/bloodlimit jutsu. Description: Through diligence and training alone, a Kaishin clan member practices the art of Water, Wind, and Ice. Their experience with the clan techniques have now blossomed as they're able to utilize the clan's jutsu for less chakra than before. Limit: Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit. Gained automatically after an user has gained 500TP in Kaishin Jutsu.
Bloodlimit Techniques
* Suiton Soushi (Water Creation) Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S” Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius. Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals. Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals. Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters. Limit: Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit. Must have Water Release.
* Aisu Soushi (Ice Creation) Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S” Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: With this technique, the user is able to create ice out of any source of water around them. Special: This jutsu when combined with Suiton Soushi can be used as a source for Hyouton jutsu without additional handseals. Drawback: The water source must be within their Radius. When controlling or Creating Hyouton outside of Hyouton jutsu then the user must perform the required handseals. Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can lower the temperature around a body of water at an incredible rate to freeze the water into ice instantly; allowing for ice techniques to be used. In order to go into a rank of this technique a member must first learn the water creation technique of the same rank. If one wishes to train into the C rank Ice Creation they must first learn the C rank Water Creation technique and so on. The radius at which ice can be made depends on the rank of the technique. At D rank four meters radius. C rank eight meters radius. B rank fifteen meters radius. A rank twenty meters radius. S rank thirty meters radius. Limit: Must have Water Creation Technique rank by rank. ex: D for D, C for C, etc. Must have Ice Release. Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit.
* Kuri Buki (Ice Harden) Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S” Skill: Ninjutsu/Supplementary Effect: In Description Special: N/A Drawback: Learning the ranks of the jutsu requires the specific class to be achieved. Description: The understanding of this technique allows for a Kaishin user to truly harness the power of ice creation. This technique will determine how hard ice created is. The user must be the same class as the rank of jutsu they wish to learn. This means to learn the B rank version of this technique the user must be B class or higher and so on. At D rank the ice is as solid as regular ice. At C rank the ice is as strong as iron. At B rank the ice is as strong as titanium and cannot be melted with fire techniques below A rank. At A rank the ice is as strong as hard steel and can’t be melted by fire techniques below S rank. At S rank the ice is as strong as adamantine and cannot be melted by fire techniques. This technique is the base of all ice techniques used. The strength of every ice technique depends on this. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit; Water Creation, Ice Creation
* Koorisuberi (Ice Sliding) Rank: “D” Skill: Kekkei Genkai - Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Allows the user to move around on the ground or water as if they were skating on ice. Cuts travel time by half. Special: “Hand Seals” – Serpent, Dragon, Tiger Drawback: It is easy to track down anyone who uses this technique anywhere besides an ice terrain. Description: By manipulating water molecules and chakra underneath their feet, the user slides across the ground or water as if they were skating on ice allowing them to travel much faster then the average shinobi’s running speed with less strain on their muscles. With each step, the area stepped on is covered with some frost. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit. Requires “Water Creation” and “Ice Creation”.
* Aisu Katars [Ice Katars] Rank: ''C'' Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user sends ice chakra to their hands to create large katars made completely out of ice. Special: Hold Serpent. Drawback: Because they are made of ice, they are not as strong as normal ones. Description: The user holds the serpent seal and sends ice chakra to their hands. Ice will begin to form in the shape of katars around the users hands. The user then releases the seal and waits until the katars are fully made. [This takes about 1 post usually]. The katars stay for 10 hours until they melt. Limit: Kaishin Bloolimit, "Water Creation" and "Ice Creation"
* Flying Water Needles of Death Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates up to 500 needles made of ice to strike an opponent. Special: Handseals, end with Tiger Drawback: The user cannot control the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius. Likewise, they cannot form the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius either. Lastly, the water must be within the air in order for it to be controlled. Description: Utilizing the Ice Creation, the Kaishin will freeze water within the air around them, transforming the water into 500 needles of ice. The strength of this ice is dependant on Kuri Buki. The Ice Needles will stay suspended in the air as long as the user holds the tiger hand seal. During this moment of suspension in the air, the user can aim their Ice Needles to strike at the target. Once The Seal is released the Ice Needles will fire off in the last direction they were aimed at. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit. Water Creation. Ice Creation.
* Hyouton: Ice Bomb Sphere Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a ball of ice which will explode to unleash water needles. Special: Ox, Hare, Ram. Drawback: Ice Spheres take one post to prepare, explodes within the user's Ice Creation radius with a max of 500 needles in a full 360 degrees. The needles do not distinguish from friend or foe, likewise they can also harm the user as well if they're in the path of the needles. Description: Utilizing their knowledge of Flying Water Needles, this jutsu allows the Kaishin to create various ice bombs to serve as offensive or defensive traps. The user will use the Water creation jutsu or utilize an existing water source in order to shape the water into a sphere with needles protruding from all sides of the sphere. They will then freeze it after creation, turning them into ice spheres. These spheres will glow with a feint white chakra signalling their active. When the user is ready, they can form the tiger hand seal and explode the ice spheres, launching their needle contents in a 360 degree radius around the sphere. Unfortunately, the sphere's must be within the user's Ice Creation radius in order to be activated. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit, Water Creation, Ice Creation, Flying Water Needles.
* Sensatsu Suishō, 千殺水翔, (Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death) Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates one thousand needles made of ice to aim at a target. Special: Handseals, end with Tiger Drawback: The user cannot control the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius. Likewise, they cannot form the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius either. Lastly, the water must be within the air in order for it to be controlled. Description: The final form of the Water Needles technique, this version creates up to 1000 Ice Needles suspended in the air. As with the precursor technique, the needles are formed from water within the air and remain suspended as long as the user holds the Tiger Hand Seal. Likewise the needles can be aimed at the targets whilst being suspended before firing in the direction they were last aimed at when the seal is released. The strength of the Ice is determined by Kuri Buki and the range to which the needles can be formed is determined by the radius they have with Ice Creation. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit. Water Creation. Ice Creation. Flying Water Needles of Death technique.
* Makyō Aisu no Bunshin (Demonic Ice Clone) Rank: “B” Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a clone made entirely out of ice which is capable of engaging combat. Special: “Hand Seals” – Tiger, Rat, Serpent, Dragon Drawback: The clone is only as strong as the user's level of Kuri Buki. Description: By using an ice source or creating it, the user can create fully functional clones made of solid ice which can carry out limited attacks. Unlike other bunshins, the clone(s)’ rock-hard structure make it capable of withstanding multiple physical attacks before dispersing into the original source. The clones can preform techniques known by the user but only ice release techniques and they can only use the ice source from their own bodies. The clones cannot proceed too far from the user or they will revert to water. The range is dependent upon the user's level of Ice Creation. The hardness of the clones depend on the level of the user's Kuri Buki. When first learned the user is only able to create two clones. The user can then do C rank training to increase that number by one. When the limit of clones reaches five they then must do B rank training to increase the number by one. Limit: Must be part of the Kaishin Bloodlimit. Ice Creation. Kuri Buki.
* Kibaku Hi (Exploding Ice) Rank: “B” Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes one, or all of the Demonic Ice Clone(s) to explode into a barrage of needles which shoot outwards in all directions. Special: “Hand Seals” – Tiger Drawback: The user is also capable of being hit by the needles also. Must have pre-placed Ice Clones ready. A limit of 300 needles can be shot from one clone. Description: Once the jutsu is initiated, any demonic ice clone which can range to a single or any of the users choice will immediately explode into a a barrage of ice needles which shoot outwards. Since the jutsu follows the same concept of “Flying Water Needles”, it is required in order to be capable of properly performing the technique. The ice clone must be within the user's range in order to use the technique. The range is the same as the rank of their Ice Creation technique. (Read ice creation) Limit: Must be part of the Haku Bloodlimit. Requires “Makyô Aisu no Bunshin” Flying Needles of Death.
* Makyo Aisu no Yari (Demonic Ice Spear) Rank: “B” Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Creates a six foot long spear made of the same dense ice as the Demonic Ice Mirrors. Special: Rabbit, Dog, Boar, Dragon, Ram, Tiger, Ox, Monkey Drawback: –---- Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends their dominant hand into the air. Water rapidly rushes into the form of a spear and then instantly solidifies into the Demonic Ice of the Kaishin clan. The spear is then lobbed at the opponent, usually with enough force mixed with the density to pierce even a sheet of metal placed in the way. Limit: Kaishin Clan only; Requires Ice Creation “B” Rank
* Deîpu Furîzu (Deep Freeze) Rank: "C" "B" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Utilizing advanced mechanics of the Water Creation and Ice Creation, the user forms a ball of water near the freezing point, before hurling it at the target. Once the ball comes in contact with the target; it freezes on contact. Special: "Eight Handseals" Drawback: The user is incapable of moving while performing this technique. In addition the jutsu only moves along a straight line. Description: Utilizing the Water Creation jutsu, they perform eight handseals before swaying their hand in a circular motion. The swaying of their arms drops the temperature of the created water as it begins to forumlate into a ball within one of the user's hands (preferably the dominate hand but this is not necessary). When the user is ready the ball is hurled at the target. The water in question is at a temperature which is near freezing point and instantly freezes upon contact within a meter radius for the B-rank version. The B-rank version is capable of completely freezing anything within the three meter radius; making this variation a death move requiring death approval. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit, Requires Water Creation and Ice Creation.
* Hyouton: Ice Bomb Sphere Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: In the description. Special: Handseals Drawback: Hits a wide area making it hard for the user to dodge as well. Takes one post to prepare. Description: The user creates a large orb of water that he then freezes into a solid frozen ball in the area he wishes to attack. Using his chakra, the user forces it into the orb making it explode in all directions, showering a 10 meter radius, in 360 degrees, raining hundreds of ice senbon. When it is completed the orb should look like a globe covered in hundreds of quills. This technique can be learned multiple times to increase the blast radius by 10 meters. This technique can be learned up to 6 times for a total range of 60 meters. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit, Must know Kuri Buki up to B Rank, Must know Ice Creation up to B rank.
* Inyou Furīzu (Surrounding Freeze) Rank: "B" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A technique that is used in the Kaishin Bloodlimit. This technique is used to entrap and freeze all opponents that are within a specific radius. The strength of the user determines how fast this technique works. The speed of this technique is based on the group of ice that surrounds the user freezes everything in its path and touch. Special: "Nine Handseals" Holds with the Boar Drawback: This one has a grand drawback. Things may enter into the radius of the technique but will freeze, because of this, the user will be open for attacks in projectile like forms. If an opponent hurles a bucket of water into the ice sphere the water will freeze and may very well hit the user, freezing him in place. Description: This technique starts with the user in a horse stance. The user's feet are spread out further past the shoulders. Their hands are pushed forward as they concentrate on the water creation along with the ice creation. Quickly forming the few seals, the user ends with the boar seal and holds it. When this occurs the water around the user in a radius of two meters begins to form as the temperature drops around them. As this occurs, the water cools to near freezing point. They begin to push the technique out into the radius as the cold water begins to cover everything in its path, turning it into ice. The technique needs to actually touch the person in order for the body part to turn into ice. This means that if only fingers touch this technique then only the fingers gets frozen. When the user is D Class the user can push this technique within a range of one meter per round. When the user is C Class the user can push this technique within a range of one and a half meters per round. When the user is B Class, the technique is capable of pushing forth within a radius of two meters per Round. When the user is A Class the user is capable of pushing this very technique within a radius of two and a half meters per round. Finally when the user reaches the final Class of S, the user is capable of pushing the technique at a radius of three meters per round. Limit: Technique created for the Kaishin Bloodlimit, must know Deīpu Furīzu (Deep Freeze).
* Fuyutokou no Shosochi 第一歩 冬向き 渡航 (First Step of the Winter Voyage) Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu. Effect: The user cools the temperature in an area to freezing. Special: Tiger, Rat, Ram, Dragon, Boar, Dog, Snake, Bird. Drawback: There must be water in the atmosphere if the user is not capable of formulating it. Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra through their body and forcing it outward in a massive field, exceeding the capacities of their aura temporarily in order to cool an area to a temperature of about negative ten degrees Celsius (14 F). This area is incredibly vast, with a radius of about 100 meters. A thin layer of clouds forms overhead in this area, preventing the sun from heating the frozen radius. This technique has no other effect aside from cooling the area to below freezing, chilling atmospheric water vapor and creating a faint mist that hangs over the effected area. This effect, if unaltered, will last for about fifteen rounds. This technique only consumes a B rank’s worth of chakra if the user has A rank Aisu Soushi and is a B rank shinobi, or only a C rank if the user has S rank Aisu Soushi and is an A rank shinobi. Limit: Must have Hyouton and Fuuton. Must be a Kaishin. Must have 500 TP in both Kaishin and Hyouton techniques. Must have Aisu Soushi A Rank. Must know Hyouton: Kousetsu.
* Ginfuyu Oite Taigairiku 銀 冬 ・アト 異域 (Silver Winter in a Foreign Land) Rank: S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user causes snow ranging from light showers to deadly blizzards to fall on an area cooled by Fuyutokou no Shosochi. Special: Tiger, Snake, Dragon, Ram, Bird, Horse, Boar, Dog, Hare, Snake, Monkey, Tiger Drawback: The user must have an area affected by Fuyutokou no Shosochi. Description: The user forms hand seals, focusing chakra into the latent clouds formed by the Fuyutokou no Shosochi technique. Snow will form within those clouds and begin to fall over the radius of the Fuyutokou no Shosochi. The snow begins as a light falling that lasts for ten rounds, no matter the intensity. At it’s weakest level only five inches of snow will accumulate by the end of the technique. However, at the user’s behest, the user can command the snow to thicken and become snowing intensely hard, limiting visibility to only a meter or so, as well as driving winds pushing back those within the radius. At it’s highest level of strength, this technique is capable of letting loose two meters of snow over the whole course of the technique. This technique only consumes an A rank’s worth of chakra if the user has A rank Aisu Soushi and is a B rank shinobi, or only a B rank if the user has S rank Aisu Soushi and is an A rank shinobi. Limit: Must have Hyouton and Fuuton. Must be a Kaishin. Must have 500 TP in both Kaishin and Hyouton techniques. Must have Aisu Soushi S Rank. Must have Suiton Soushi. Must know Hyouton: Kousetsu. Must know Hyouton: Shiroi Shippuu. Must know Fuyutokou no Shosochi.
* Hyoukiba (Ice Fang) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user extends the effect of the Shimoyaiba no Jutsu to any Hyouton-based technique. Special: Ram Drawback: Can only influence techniques that have slashing, hacking, or piercing attacks. Description: The user adds the hand seal to the hand seals of the technique they choose, focusing extra chakra into it. This technique consumes an extra C rank of chakra to improve the technique. The technique will then be affected as though it was a sword under the influence of Shimoyaiba no Jutsu, causing frostbite with each strike. The ice becomes cold enough to freeze ice and particulate matter it encounters solid with each cut. Limit: Must be Kaishin. Must have 500 TP in Hyouton. Must have Aisu Soushi, Suiton Soushi, and Kuri Buki. Must have Hyouton: Shimoyaiba no Jutsu.
* Aisu Ken (Ice Blades) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates one meter long blades of ice attached to their forearms. Special: Snake Drawback: -- Description: The user forms the hand seal, focusing chakra along their arms. Blades of ice will sprout from their forearms, growing to extend to about a meter long. These blades are as hard as the user’s level of Kuri Buki, and last until the user chooses to dispel them or are broken. These blades are sharp on both sides and at the point. Limit: Must be Kaishin. Must have Hyouton. Must have Aisu Soushi, Suiton Soushi, and Kuri Buki.
* Aerial Projectiles Rank: "C", "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to control projectiles with their chakra. At B-rank the user may control a maximum of three main weapons from their person. Special: Handseals (Hold final handseal) Drawback: Handseal must be held in order for control. Once released all projectiles held with the chakra will drop to the ground. The guided weapons must be weapons on the user or user made. Description: Utilizing the wind release, the Kaishin will allow projectiles on their person to be swept into the air just as they would for the Water Needles jutsu. Within the air, they're kept in place with wind chakra before being guided by the user in the direction of the target. To maintain the projectiles in the air, the user must hold the last seal (Tiger). When they're ready to launch it, they simply guide the projectiles with hand motions. At B-rank the user may launch up to three main weapons they have on their person (bladed weapons) in order to launch them at the enemy. Limit: Wind Release, Kaishin Clan
* Hyouton: Shimoyaiba no Jutsu (Ice Release: Frozen Sword Technique) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Specialized Taijutsu Effect: When the user hits the opponent with the weapon, a small burst of frost will spread, causing frostbite-like effects as well as preventing a wound from healing rapidly. Special: "Hand Seals"- Dragon, Rat Monkey, Dog, Rabbit, Horse, Tiger. Drawback: If the user nicks themselves with the weapon, they will suffer from the effects as well. Description: The user pumps chakra into a main weapon and then attacks. Every time that the user hits the opponent, a small burst of frost will escape from the blade, creating symptoms similar to frostbite, which numbs and prevents fast movement. This also prevents a wound from naturally healing with any decent speed. This also means that medical jutsu that is used for healing is required to cure the frostbite effects first. * Hinaminori (Ice Surfing) Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Read Description Special: Handseals Drawback: The strength of your ice is determined by Kuri Buki; if a partial amount of ice has been damaged fallen, the technique will cease; not able to use hands while using this technique. Description: This technique was created to further enhance the abilities of the Koorisuberi (Ice Sliding) technique. After performing the Koorisuberi (Ice Sliding), the user will with the assistance of Water and Ice Creation, create a pathway of ice in which the user can "surf" along in. This is accomplished by performing a series of handseals after the Koorisuberi (Ice Sliding) has been executed and concentrated on the feet. Thereafter, the user faces their hands on the same direction of which their feet are facing and with the same concept of Water and Ice creation, form a continuously cycle of pathway which the user can use to his advantage. This is mainly for the capabilities of reaching high lengths in the air for any reason without the need of jumping or flying, if possible. The distance of performing this technique is endless, although as a side effect, there is a constant draining of the users chakra which is near "E" to "D" rank but can gradually build up to weaken the user slowly. The user must perform and connect the Hinaminori to a solid grounding, whether it being on the ground, on a thick tree branch, anything that has the strength to hold the ice pathway. With that, the strength of the ice depending on the users knowledge of Kuri Buki (Ice Harden). Obviously, the higher in rank the user is, the less weak the user can become when using this technique for a long period of time. Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit. * 冬牙竜 - Fuyu Garuu - Winter Dragons Fang Rank: C, B Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 50% of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Using their chakra, the user expels the water from the sword to run down its edge and form spikes. These spikes then freeze solid and form serrated teeth on the blade. Whilst at C Rank the user can only hold the water in this form for five rounds, at B Rank understanding they can hold it indefinitely. The strength of the ice is dependent on the user’s Kuri Buki level. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. Must know Kuri Buki.
* 凍える錠 - Kogoeru Jou- Frozen Lock Rank: C, B Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 20% of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: A parrying technique used for the sudden disarming of an opponent. Causing water to run along the blades edge, as the user clashes weapons with the opponent the water will "ensnare" their sword. Ice will suddenly form from this water, causing the two blades to become locked together. At C Rank, this is just the standard strength of normal ice which is destroyable with the correct effort, but at B Rank the techniques strength depends entirely on the user’s Kuri Buki knowledge. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. Must know Kuri Buki for B Rank.
* 冬風 - Fuyukaze - Winter Wind Rank: C Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 5% of water stored per projectile, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Slashing at the air, the user will release a quick stream of water which freezes from the chakra coursing throughout the weapon and continues forwards, creating small icicles with the same equal strength of the users Kuri Buki knowledge and sharpness to rival a kunai. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. Must know Kuri Buki.
* 冬魔風- Fuyu Makaze - Winter Evil Wind Rank: B Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 25% of water stored, Handseals [Dragon, Horse, Dog, Dragon]. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: A more powerful version of the Fuyukaze, the Fuyu Makaze releases a much larger amount of water per swing but gives the user a much more devastating projectile. Using small Fuuton chakra to cause the projectile formed to spin, it creates a drill like shape in its freezing formation as well as behavior. This shot is strong enough to bore its way through several inches of dense rock. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. Must know Fuyukaze.
* 強める内部 - Tsuyomeru Kokunai - To Strengthen Internally Rank: C Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 0% of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Without releasing the water from the sword, the user can freeze it on the inside. This removes the only disadvantage to the Shirayuki by meaning of its capacity to take damage, but the user cannot perform any Muhou no Shirayuki techniques until the ice is melted. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water.
* 寒気伸展- Kanki Shinten - Cold Extension Rank: C, B Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 100% of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Pushing the water out from the tip of the blade, chakra will hold the liquid in place as it creates a new formation. Extending along with the Shirayuki, it wills double the blade length before finally freezing rigid like ice. This pushes the weapons center of gravity much further down and classifies it as a "Daikatana" at that stage. At C Rank, it is as strong as one rank below the users Kuri Buki knowledge whilst at B Rank it is equal to their understanding. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. * 寒気伸展 (代理)- Kanki Shinten (Dairi) - Cold Extension (Alternate) Rank: C Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 100% of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Once the user grasps an understanding of how to create an extended blade from ice, they can also train to understand how to create an extended hilt of ice. This will turn the Katana into a weapon more similar to a Naginata. The strength is equal to Kanki Shinten. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. Must know Kanki Shinten.
* 波剣 - Namiken- Wave Blade Rank: C Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses a variable % of water stored, Handseals . Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Using pure chakra manipulation to cause the water to flow down the swords edge and over the hilt, touching the user’s hand, the user creates a "rope" with it. Very impromptu and easily destroyed, it allows the user to now swing the Shirayuki sword around at medium range. Per two meters, the 10% of the water inside the Shirayuki is used. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water.
* 雪片匿 - Seppen Tate - Snowflake Shield Rank: C Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses 100% of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Pushing the water out of the Shirayuki with their chakra, the user quickly forms it into a "Snowflake" shield at the tip of their blade. The shield is only a meter in diameter and though is as strong as the users Kuri Buki understanding, only lasts three rounds before succumbing. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water. Must have Seppen.
* 凝逝去 - Gou Seiko - Freeze to Death Rank: A Rank Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: In description. Special: Uses a variable % of water stored, Handseals. Drawback: Only performable whilst using a Shirayuki with water. Description: Pushing the water out of the Shirayuki, it acts more like a very quick "whip" of water. This whip is completely laced with the Kaishin chakra, enough so that it will stick to another person’s body. When attached, this Chakra which runs down the "whip" will be cold enough to literally freeze a person’s blood inside the ensnared area and travel through the body, causing further damage. The "whip" however is relatively easily broken by any chakra based attack. Limit: Must bear the Kaishin Bloodline. Must have Shirayuki with Water.

* Joukai Hari [Heaven’s Glass] Rank: C Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a thin layer of ice over the user’s eyes to alter vision. Special: Ox Drawback: If untrained in interpreting the altered refraction patterns the user may not be able to see properly/react properly. Description: Upon forming the ox hand seal the user forms a thin layer of ice over their eyes. Once the lens is formed, it may be sustained via minimal amounts of charka leeched from the eye. This film alters light particles entering the optics, and redirects them to construe typical vision creating a fractal and expanding range of vision. In short it completely distorts direct vision of eyes – objects may appear closer or farther away than in reality (based on thickness and magnification power of parts of the lens) as well as approach from different vantages than typically seen (altered angles of vision). With long term use however the user is capable of interpreting this new vision and capable of seeing as if unaffected at all. Limit: Kaishin
* Jouseigen [Imperial Restraint] Rank: C Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates shackles of ice from water vapor in the air or other bodies of water, restraining the target. Special: Ox, Dragon, Rabbit Drawback: Has little effect against targets of higher rank. In most cases, shackles don’t eliminate movement, but rather restrain it. Description: Upon forming the hand seals, the user creates several shackles of ice from water vapor in the air (or elsewhere) in order to restrain the opponent. These shackles are most commonly used to bind an opponent’s hands in order to interrupt long strings of hand seals. Bound permanently to the ground these restraints are capable of limiting movement but not eliminating movement. (The chains themselves are immobile.) Once the shackles are in place the target is held for three turns, adding an additional turn per rank the user is above the target, and subtracting a rank per rank the user is below the target. * Touketsu Sagiri [Frozen Mist] Rank: C Skill: Passive NinJutsu Effect: Creates a thin unseen mist of ice about the user. Special: NinJutsu Passive Drawback: --- Description: With long use of the ice release via the Kaishin blood limit the user is capable of sustaining a permanent, fine mist of ice about their body. Taking nearly zero effort to sustain, they unconsciously use the blood limit in order to freeze and suspend water vapor in the air around them. Typically an unintentional action, only those of master like skills have managed to manipulate this unseen form of ice about them, heightening awareness of movements about their proximity by reading movements of the mist. When first learned the user is capable of sensing movements within a 10 meter radius. Each character rank above B increases the radius by 10 meters. Limit: Requires 500+ tp in Kaishin; requires char rank of B rank+

* Hyouton: Suraisu Rank: "B","A","S" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Infuses an ice technique into a weapon then using said weapon the user slashes the air creating a sickle shaped of freezing water and wind mixed with chakra that speeds out leaving a tall frozen trail of ice in its wake, cutting some obstacles in its way. This stored water infused with chakra must be used in one hour. Special: Requires handseals to be made before technique can be used Drawback: Limited charges on a single weapon. Accuracy counts and as the slash keeps moving it can damage anything in its path. Including allies. Also it Causes weapon to become dangerously cold if more than the state charges are put into weapon become too cold and will become brittle and unusable. Description: The user gathers chakra to their weapon and stores it on the weapon as a sphere of water. Some weapons can hold more than others. Two handed weapons can hold 3 uses one handed weapons 1. To use the technique the user focuses on the stored chakra then draws upon while slashing the air. This creates a Sickle shaped form of water that instantly freezing anything it touches and leaves a tall path of ice behind it as it travels. The ice is as strong as the Kaishin's Kuri Buki. The height of the ice path is up to 1/4 the maximum reach of the Kaishin's Aisu Soushi. The distance increases dependent on the level of the technique. B 20 meters, A 40 meters S 80 meters. * Hyouketsuzou [freezing image] Rank: B rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: leaves a silhouette of the user with ice chakra that may moderately freeze the opponent. Special: hold snake seal when creating Drawback: if the user walks into one of these silhouette's he becomes frozen as well the appearance is different from the normal sugizou which can be spotted by the blue tint the image gains from the ice release Description: the user takes the time to develop the sugizou technique, and add the ice release to it, this technique can especially be used as a trap, because when the opponent touches the image the ice chakra envelops the part of the opponent that touched the image with a small layer of ice, this layer of ice can only keep an opponent occupied for one turn before they break out, but even then the opponent undergoes under cooling, the user is only capable of using this technique 1 time a day, any additional times they want to perform this technique they need to learn a C rank version of the technique. Name: Demonic Ice Mirrors Makyō Hyō Shō, 魔鏡氷晶, (Demonic Mirror Ice Crystals) Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: In Description Special: Handseals Drawback: For each turn the mirrors are in place, the user will lose chakra. This jutsu causes a great wear on the user's stamina. Lastly, the mirrors strength is determined by the users knowledge of Kuri Buki. Description: AAn advanced killing technique created by the Kaishin. Utilizing their water creation and ice creation, they will create crystal ice mirrors, up to a maximum of twenty five. With these mirrors, the user can phase into them and as well as travel between multiple mirrors at high speed. They can also fire projectile weapons from within the mirrors or move out of them in order to strike an enemy. The Goal when using this jutsu is to surrounded the enemy with mirrors, typically in a dome made with the following specifications: Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground.The strength of these mirrors is dependant on the user's level of Kuri Buki.
