Twice every year, a test called the The Chuunin Exams held. This is the exam you must pass if you are to become a Middle Ninja. It's a 3 part test, and held for lower ninjas from any village. If you wish to enter you must have completed a minimum of 8 missions, and given the "OK" from your instructor.
The Chuunin Exams hold participants from, not just one village, but any village which a ninja qualified to enter. They are held in different villages each time, and because of convenience purposes, usually end up with mostly ninjas from the village hosting the Chuunin Exams.
These Exams also happen to have another purpose. Because people come from across the globe to watch the final test of the exams, they'll get to see ninjas from your village fight. After taking this into consideration, next time they happen to need a job done, they'll be much more likely to go to the village with the good fighting ninjas for the job, than the village with the bad fighting ninjas. Which means, these exams can be very good for business.

They're only twice a year, so I'll make them twice every four or five months.

Rules:1: Only 3 teams per village 2: Only 3 members per team 3: Any unnecesary problem making by any one person will hold their village responsible. 4: You must score a 90% or better on Written Exam 5: Instead of finding two scrolls, you must find 3 different scrolls 6: While in the Forest, killing is permitted. 7: During set matches once the team has reached the arena with the scrolls, the fight will not be stopped unless one is killed or they surrender. 8: Who ever has a scroll makes it into the Arena. But it is neccesary that if a whole team wants in, they need 3 different scrolls. 9: If a spectator gets involved with their students or other students in a means of cheating, all teams from that village are expelled. 10: NO demon usage. It is considered cheating since there are only 9 demons. Only characters from the original series that have demons in them, such as Naruto and Gaara can have demons.
Alright, as you should know, these fights will be set up like The Grand Tournament. They will be considered actual fights in a sense. You must be a fighter of some paraform style, if not, SSJ or myself will help you out.
Four stages of the Exam- 1.Written Exam: This will be the basic part, to see how much you know about the shinobi. It will consist of anywhere between 10-20 questions, depending on how I feel.
2.Forest of Death: This will be where all the teams work together to achieve getting the three scrolls to procede.
3.Endurance: This is going to be the part where everyone is placed into a Genjutsu and tortured.
4.Tournament: This is the final part. Between the Endurance and the Tournament, there will be a thirty day training period.
This is what you will need to fill out for the exams - Team: Name: Village: Team Position: Age: Height: Kekkai Gekkai: Appearance: History: Element: Weapon(s): Alias(s): Fighting Style:
Register on this forum, any questions or comments i'd rather have put into OOC Naruto.
