There is only ONE way of becoming a Kage, this way is unavoidable and neccesary, there is NO other way to do it.
In order to become Kage you must approach your current Kage (Even if your village has no PC Kage, in which case you must ask an admin to RP as they village Kage.) and ask for the position.
The current Kage will say either:
- "Ok, i am ready to step down" and pass on the position
-"Sorry i do not thing you are strong enough to take on this position yet" and not give you the position
-"I do not wish to step down as Kage" and not give you the postion
-"I do not think you will do what is best for this nation so you can not be allowed to hold the title of Kage" and not give you the position
If the Kage declines the request to become the new Kage you can either
A. Walk away and train in hopes of being allowed to later become Kage
OR
B. If you think you are powerful enough you can challenge the current Kage to a fight, the Kage does NOT have the option to refuse if he is not an NPC, controlled by the admins, this challenge under any circumstance. If the challenger manages to either beat the Kage until he submits, or kill the Kage then they then become the new Kage.
-If the Kage loses the fight then that is the last word, there is no second guessing the fight once it is over.
-Those Kages so obsessed with keeping their position that they will break the rules of RP set down by the site to ensure that they do not lose will be forcibly removed from the position of Kage and also given disciplinary measures to the extent that they broke the rules.
YOU CAN CHALLENGE THE KAGE OF VILLAGE THAT IS NOT YOUR OWN!
-If you are from the Sound village for example, you could walk into Rain and challenge their Kage for his position.
-Doing this of course will not ensure you that no one will interfere. As a ninja from another nation, non-Kage ninja from that village could aid their Kage.
The two last important rules of Being/becoming a Kage.
1. If you are the Kage of a village already you cannot become the Kage of another
2. If you become the Kage of a nation that is not your own, then you are now a part of that nation. You can not say "well im from sand and i just became Kage of cloud so cloud is now a part of sand." You can ally yourself with your former nation but you can not make one nation a part of another.
